The tour was was very well organised, made us feel SAFE and ensured we were comfortable when travelling to various destinations. The trips were poignant very relevant and the shaykhs were very knowledgeable adding much comfort, joy overall enhancing our spiritual experience. The choice of accommodation it was clean comfortable breath taking views from our room the staff very hospitable and kind at all times. The hotel was close to all amenities well within walking distance to relevant places to visit. .

Wir haben unsere Ramadan Umrah 2024 mit Ziyara Tours gemacht und sind sehr glücklich darüber diese Tour gebucht und gefunden zu haben. Ziyara Tours ist ein Anbieter aus England. Vor der Reise haben wir alle offenen Fragen und die Buchung telefonisch uns per WhatsApp geklärt. Von Beginn an waren wir sehr zufrieden mit der super schnellen und netten Kommunikation. Wir konnten uns stets mit allen Wünschen und Fragen an das Team wenden. Da es unsere erste Reise nach Mekkah war und wir ein Kleinkind dabei hatten waren wir entsprechend nervös und haben viel Unterstützung gebraucht. Ziyara Tours hat uns hier sehr gut unterstützt und stand uns immer zur Seite. Wir konnten uns vollkommen auf sie verlassen, mussten uns keine Gedanken machen und konnten uns so sehr gut auf unsere Umrah konzentrieren. Die Gruppe trafen wir dann am Flughafen in Jeddah. Auch vor Ort war die Kommunikation exzellent und alle Anliegen wurden sofort geklärt. Das Team hat sich stets bei uns erkundigt, ob alles ok ist und ob wir etwas benötigen. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Gleich vom ersten Kontakt war die gesamte Beziehung sehr vertraut und wir haben uns gefühlt als kannten wir die Gruppe schon seit Jahren. Das war sehr hilfreich und hat uns ein gutes Gefühl gegeben. Insgesamt war die Stimmung einfach toll. Das Team und die Helfer waren super nett, hatten immer ein offenes Ohr und sehr hilfsbereit. Auch konnte man sehen, dass sie sehr gute Kontakte vor Ort haben und so alles sehr reibungslos verlief. Wir können Ziyara Tour zu 100% weiterempfehlen und werden hoffentlich wieder eine Tour mit ihnen buchen. Vielen Dank für alles.

This was our second trip with Ziyara Tours and our first Umrah trip in Ramadan. Sajid and Rashid and the rest of the Ziyarah Tours team(including Imam Waqar and Shaykh Hassan) made this trip very easy and memorable for us. There was a very good balance of ziyarahs, informative talks from Shaykh Hassan, and individual time throughout the trip. Big thanks again to Sajid and Rashid for looking out for us again, as they did previously. Would definitely recommend anyone looking for a journey of a lifetime to use Ziyara Tours!

The tour guides are genuinely down to earth people who look after you with smiles. The Shaykh on board was also a genuine humble person of knowledge who shared many gems and imparted wisdom. They even held reminder sessions after Asr and gave ZamZam water as a gift which was a kind gesture. Overall things ran smoothly and fairly well organised for the most part.

Few points of constructive criticism:
1. First and foremost, despite logistics being tricky with completing umrah in Ramadan, the organisation and implementation of prayer requires serious and considerable improvement. We ended up missing Salatul Fajr on the coach trip from Jeddah airport to Mecca. There is no excuse for this. Had we known sunrise time , we would have prompted them to stop but looking back we would have thought perhaps they would have made a pit stop for prayer (as made when travelling from Mecca to Madina). Even if rest of the ziyarats for the whole trip were missing, it would be nowhere near as serious as missing prayer. This was a real test of patience as we entered Makkah before embarking on Umrah. I do hope you seriously reflect on this mistake and ensure it does not occur again.

2. Understandably it being Ramadan, people with different abilities and limited coach availability, the overall ziyarats only amounted to two 1/2 days during the 10 day trip. It would have been better if more options were laid out especially for those willing to explore more whilst fasting. For example, a mini-van/taxi could have been organised those wishing to explore the museum in Madina or trek Jabal Noor in Makkah. We understand the ziyarats were done quick due to fasting, but it may have been better to spread out across the days rather than rush everything. This would have given the Shaykh some more time to organise and gather his own reflections. If we discount the two 1/2 days of ziyarats, we essentially paid for flights, visas, transport and accommodation.

3. It would have been helpful if the tour guides could have briefly explained the layout of the Haramain in maybe the zoom meeting before travelling. Especially for those going first time, it is a daunting experience to navigate through swathes of people in a humongous complex. We cannot of course expect the tour guides to be experts in architecture and history of the place, but general historical information should be there. The Shaykh as knowledgeable as he is in religion, has had fewer visitations to the Haramain thus the onus is on the tour guides especially for first time travellers to explain the geography.

If even points 2 and 3 are ignored, no issues. Point 1 however needs serious reflection.

A few months ago we were looking to go for Umrah, I was traveling with young kids so wanted to go with a group and Alhamdulillah we came across Ziyara tours so we decided to book.

Alhamdulillah what an experience! The highlight for me had to be the talks with Shaykh Hassan, his love for the beloved Prophet reflects in his speaches and it made our Umrah and Ziyaras extra special.

Brother Rashid and brother Saj are always there to help and answer any questions, no matter how small they may seem. They are always smiling and are patient, and make sure to look after everyone, going out of their way.

We sang Nasheeds, recited Qaseedah Muhamadiyya and shared beautiful experiences and acts of kindness form others in the group too.

This will not be our last trip as my children are already talking about going with Ziyara tours again.

Alhamdullilah my first Umrah journey with Ziyara Tours was an unforgettable experience. They took care of everything and all we had to do was turn up. Their knowledgable guides provided invaluable insights and support and allowed us to complete Umrah 3 times on our first trip! Big shout out to the brothers Sajid, Rashid and Shaykh Hasan who assisted us through the journey with any stupid questions we had. InshaAllah we will be booking another package soon.

The bag provided by Ziyara tours including tasbeeh counter, dua books was very useful ! Although I would recommend bring an extra draw string bag for your slippers.

They looked after the elderly well and they were always in contact with us on what’s app if we had any questions.

Went on Umrah with Ziyara Tours during Ramadan. Masha’Allah. I can’t complain. The brothers did well looking after us. They didn’t create a heavy schedule allowing everyone time to go and do what they want to do whilst making themselves available for any questions, guidance, and important information. There were also group visits to important sites and places. They were informative, useful and didn’t make us rush.

Alhamdulillah all went good we did our Umrah Masha Allah and its was great going with the family but one thing i would like to say in Madina Sharif the Ziyara was not great the bus driver and he was the guide was not helpful at all he just sat in the bus and told us few thing and we had to get out off the bus do our own research so ziyara was not that great at all he in such a rush took us to four places and thats it
Yeah i would definitely go again with the same group but no Ziyara with them

We did the 6 day Jordan tour in February. Whilst we got to visit the beautiful city of Jordan, visit the 7th wonder of the world in Petra and the seven sleepers cave, we also saw many islamic sites and learnt Islamic history with Sheikh Abdul Aziz and our tour guide Nasser.
We couldn’t have done all this on our own.
Thank you to Ziyara tours for such a spiritual and educational trip. Hotels were all of a great standard and the coach was comfortable with wifi throughout.

I recently went to Jordan with Zyara tour.

The group felt like family.

Alhamdulillah I travelled with Ziyaarah tours to Jordan with my family. Alhamdulillah it was a very well organised and thought out trip. I had concerns due to travelling with my 18 month old son but Alhamdulillah brother Sajid looked after us and made sure that all our needs were met. Alhamdulillah, First class service. We went on a Ziyara tour of the Holy land of Jordan. Sajid was with us at every part of the trip, and always answered questions with a smile. The hotels booked for us were really nice ( Wifi could have been better, but that's a pretty common occurrence in this part of the world). Our tour guide, Nasir was very knowledgeable and friendly, repeatedly giving us all water, sweets, biscuits etc during our coach trips, encouraging the young children to recite Quran. Shaikh Abdul Aziz Fredericks was an ocean of knowledge and really funny. Would definitely book with Ziyara Tours again, Insha'Allah.

This was our very first trip with ZT. I travelled frequently with my family during school breaks but never travelled in group before. This was our first time in group but MashaAllah Brother Saj is true gem and kind soul. He made everyone very comfortable especially young kids. He goes extra mile to make sure everyone is comfortable and happy. I would highly recommend them. InshaAllah we are planning again with ZT.
