Terrible experience
Terrible experience, next time state all the details on your app, don’t just collect money and put someone in a tight spot. I had to pay extra for shipping which was not within my budget

This is a commendation/Feedback on the items I just purchased from Zit.
Customer service( Chioma Lilian):
When I saw the items I wanted to get on online and had to contact the consumer service to inquire on the possibility of getting the other to where I am located. The quick response I got from her and how she guided me through the process of making payment was so impressive. Whenever my chat drops on the company WhatsApp line, she doesn't take time to respond and whenever I ask for something that she doesn't have an answer to, she will promise to find out and get back and before you know it, I have my answers.
This is what business needs to grow. You just need good dedication and proper customer relations. I commend the lady on this and I advise that she keeps it up.
Product:
I was thrown into confusion when I got the items because there was no manual on how to assemble them. However, it took me a lot of time to figure this out and I was able to assemble it. The only shortcoming is that, the marble for TV stand sheared into two when I was lifting it from the rack. It appears that the marble was weak for that to happen. Apart from that, I love the product and I give it a 5. It's worth the money.
I recommend two things
1. There should a pocket sized manual to help assemble things that one is getting form you
2. There should be more effort towards protecting items that you are shipping out from braking. Though I love the way you packaged them but let's pay more attention to that.
