Super quick and easy
Super quick and easy. only issue I had was that i couldn't fill in the full address so both at collection and delivery I had a few phone calls to direct driver. That said they were super punctual, the service was great- and the price was a lot cheaper than I expected!

Unknown pricing/amount until too late
We were unhappy with this service as we filled up a bag when they picked up the laundry. However they charged us for 2 bags as our laundry was 2kg over the limit of one bag. This was only 1/4 a load and we had to pay for another full load. I would have given more or less clothes if I knew upon pick up what the weight was. They should charge per bag only or weigh your items on site. This service is also very pricey.

Thank you for your feedback.
I'm afraid the price list on our website does state that if the bag is more than 8 kg, we will be charging for another folded laundry bag. This is because our machines can only handle 8 kilogram's worth of laundry to maintain quality. This means that the remaining amount is laundered on its own, which takes up more energy.
Furthermore, we also have bundled rates which could help you save money as well as special voucher codes which are sent via email.

After receiving damaged and dirty…
After receiving damaged and dirty clothes back, the customer service representative admitted that they do not read the care labels on the clothes and simply chuck everything in a washing machine. Thank you I can do it free of charge at home and actually don't damage my clothes. They also are not willing to cover the damages nor return you the cost of the laundry!

As mentioned in direct correspondence, we do not check the care labels for our Folded Laundry service. It is processed and charged per bag. We state on the website this is for items which are washed at 30 degrees and gently tumble dried. We kindly ask that our customers ensure all items for this service can be both washed and tumble dried.
We suggest that if you have any delicate items, or any items you would like stains paid attention to, you should send them as part of our Ironed Laundry & Dry Cleaning service, where we do check the care labels. This is processed and charged per piece.
We are sorry that some of your items were returned damaged, and do appreciate your disappointment.
We have offered to collect the laundry to re-process for you.

Ok, but there are better options
The service was ok, but a little frustrating to be told 10 mins before the end of my allocated delivery slot that they would not be able to deliver that night. Received the next morning and the clothes were clean and folded, they did an ok job of the bedding

Very professional and excellent dry cleaning services
3rd or 4th time now I am using their service and I am very happy. I work in London but I live outside of London so i usualy book the collection from my workplace. Every time, i get someone very professional collecting or bringing back my clothes. Haven't had any issues or delays and i like the fact that they're keeping me updated throught the process. I definitely recommend their services.

Ruined clothes
My skirt is missing its decorative items, my jumpsuit is shrunken and two pieces of my clothing returned with the stains on it. Never again.

Absolutely awful service
Absolutely awful service. Have been a loyal customer for over a year but service levels have slipped recently - last deliveries never happened on time and were a day or two late. Customer service is nowhere to be found (don’t even bother trying to call them, you’ll never get any answer on the phone). Don’t ever use them if you have a time sensitive need for your clothing back (e.g a business trip or event to attend). Much better alternatives now available in London so I will be taking my business elsewhere!

Late pick up and the driver appeared unwilling to cross the road to collect the items! Not a great dry clean on the suit, not a great ironing job on the short. In summary; not great, won’t use again and glad I didn’t pay full price

Terrible. Absolutely awful
First it took over 36hours to get a pickup time. Confirmed a morning pick up and the driver didn’t make it in the 1.5 hour window. He was almost 30 minutes after the end of the window. I cancelled the order. Having left my laundry with the reception at my building, the driver shows up 15 minutes after I canceled and still picked up the laundry. I called customer service that evening and Sam assured me my laundry would be returned the next morning and there definitely would be no charge. So of course I was still charged. Pathetic program. I have filed a claim with my credit card company.

Just got to London
Just got to London , had traveled a far distance so needed a few suits done by Monday.. they picked up my stuff Saturday from the flat and within 24 hours it was back with me!
