My first 2nd generation unit stopped working after 7 months. Replacement unit dispatched reasonably quickly and working even better. Thanks for your support

It's on setting number 3. It has left deep electrical burns on the skin where the gelpads are. That's after 3 weeks of use. The glue is not adequate, need to use Elastoplast or similar to hold it in place for 6 to 8 hours. Used for 3 weeks, currently not able to use due to electrical burns. When it was in use it improved snoring and apnoea effectively. Not made my mind up yet.

It’s helping me to sleep for longer although I still wake up. Charging is a little sensitive. Overall well worth the investiment. An un intrusive device

Gel pad review for Zeus
This batch of gel pads is not as strong as the previous packs, Zeus fell off during the night, I applied a new gel pads, which didn’t adhere as well normal! I’m not sure if this is a bad batch or the gel formular has been changed!
Unfortunately Zeus do not ship or post to the Isle of Man so I have to get everything shipped to a friend in Wales who then posts them to me.
Zeus itself is a real benefit to my sleep.
As a thought of reducing plastic and reducing costs on gel pads, perhaps they could be sold in a stack of 20 or 30 with only one layer of plastic between each pad.
It does prove expensive for me as a pensioner and for my Granddaughter as a student. Although the quality of life with Zeus is greatly enhanced.

I was invited to leave a review of the pads, having previously left a five star review of the device itself.

I now have these pads on subscription, and am pleased that I’m able to manage it according to my use.

I’ve experienced two small problems though. The first, which is easily remedied, is that the adhesive can remain on my neck in the morning, and can be a bit of a faff to remove. I use alcohol for that.

The second is that if I sweat during the night, the Zeus slips off.

Ideally, these pads need replacing by reusable ones, which would mean they were better value for money, and create less plastic waste.

I find removing the plastic pretectors each day fiddly and time consuming. Do there really need to be four!
The Switch is not the easiest thing to use but I think I have got the hang of it.
I am never quite sure if the equiptment is working becuase having turned it down initialy (to remove the stinging but so that I can just feel it) oftern when I wake in the night I can feel nothing!
Do I need to turn it off each morning?

The most expensive but worst product ever

I genuinely believe this thing might work and the quality feels solid. But I wish you would have made it clearer that there no way you get that thing working if you have even a couple of millimeters of beard growth.

I bought the Zeus device to limit my snoring, and it's certainly helped a lot.
The device is great, the only downside is the usual subscription model for the pads, so you're tied in to a minimum of £25 a month if you want to continue to use it

I am bowled over and had my socks knocked off by the amazing, attentive, responsive and very human support from the team at Zeus. I'm sure they're all great - I got help from Imogen, who didn't reply to my email request. She phoned me. On the phone. And we talked about my problem. I can't think of the last time any online customer service did that. She immediately identified my problem and helped me out on the call. When that problem didn't fix everything, she helped me again. And again. Until my problem was solved. AMAZING. Thank you Zeus. Thanks Imogen!

I seem to sleep better and also not snore also dont wake up with a dry mouth. The pads are expensive though for just single use but they work

My husband started using this a month or so ago - the improvement has been remarkable, both of us are sleeping better!

Was sceptical but stuck it on, device very easy to wear and unobtrusive, slept through night and woke up feeling unexpectedly refreshed. Snoring much less and have more energy. Also coincided with a big reduction in blood pressure which we have put down to proper sleep. Now settling into a rhythm of wearing it every few nights. I have sensitive skin and hydrogel pads can leave a mark (which is why not a 5/5) but not a deal breaker and will continue to wear it.

I’ve been using Zeus Sleep for around four months, and it’s made a huge difference to both my and my partner’s sleep quality. Before ordering, I spoke with a snore specialist who had received the first-generation Zeus for review and told me it hadn’t helped them, so my expectations weren’t high — but I was desperate for a solution to my sleep problem. I was also encouraged to try Zeus after reading about successful NHS trials of electric implants under the jaw for sleep apnoea, as well as early positive studies of the first-generation Zeus device. I had already tried everything: sleeping on my side, using an angled pillow, nose dilators, tongue exercises, and a mouth guard — nothing made a difference.

Still, my results with Zeus have been remarkable. My SnoreLab score dropped from 20–40 to just 1–5 on average, and I no longer wake up gasping, suffocating, or with migraines. I feel much more refreshed in the mornings, and my partner confirms that my snoring has almost completely stopped. I now use Zeus every night, and whenever I forget to apply or turn it on, my symptoms immediately return — which keeps me consistent.

It’s comfortable enough to fall asleep with, though I have to keep my neck beard trimmed short for proper adhesion. Occasionally it irritates my skin, so I skip a night to let it calm down. The hydrogel pads irritate my skin and can leave a bit of residue and the second sticker is tricky to remove, but those are small trade-offs for good quality sleep. The battery lasts one night and needs daily charging, and while the dock uses a USB-C connector, not every USB-C cable seems to work reliably with it.

Despite these minor inconveniences, Zeus has been absolutely worth it. I’d struggled for years but couldn’t get a referral to a sleep clinic through either my GP or private insurance, while my symptoms were worsening. This device finally gave me relief and restored normal, peaceful sleep — for me and my partner. I’m considering buying a second unit as a backup, and I’d love to see a new version in the future that addresses these small usability issues.

Thought it was worth a shot after a family member recommended it. so glad I did. life changing. SnoreLab score consistently under 10 with this device. Was over 40 before. No snoring at all last night. Much better blood oxygen levels. Delivered game changing results along with tongue exercises. Unobtrusive and easy to use. Excellent responsive company to deal with, stellar service. Arrived in Australia no problems very quickly. Took a few days to fine tune it. Needs to align perfectly with tongue muscles. Massage the gel pads a bit to ensure good contact before attaching the device. But after a week it really started producing amazing results.

The idea behind this product is appealing, but the results fell flat. I noticed no real improvement, and the sensation was more annoying than beneficial. Sadly, it doesn’t live up to what it claims.

It only kind of helped, but I still snore and it's still loud. I don't like that you have to spend so much on the hydrogel replacements, and these leave a sticky residue on my neck.

This really is a game changer, it really does work. You have to get over the fact you have something stuck to your chin/neck but that soon becomes normal. Then you need to find the setting the works for you. I have it on setting 3, any higher than that and it wakes me up in the night. I'm 4 weeks in and my wife and I have slept in the same bed every night since wearing it, which is a small miracle!
