Product arrived in a timely manner. I did read the reviews prior to ordering and did see a lot of bad reviews regarding the subscription. I believe ppl need to read and understand the fine print before you purchase a product. You have a 7 day trial period when you purchase this product and it clearly states it. All you need to do is cancel it before the 7 days are up and you won’t get charged. Plain and simple!

They worked great, but I didn't realize I was getting a subscription once I got my first order on August 18th and you guys took $29.99 for the past few months including this month but I've never received anything. I absolutely loved the great customer service I received from Cyndi. I received my order within 4-5 business days, so shipping is very fast. The only problem was the items that were shipped were incorrect. I reached out to customer support and within the next day Cyndi responded. We checked the tracking again, and as of 12/09/2025 at 8:05 PM, the package was dropped off at a UPS Access Point and is currently waiting to be tendered to UPS. We completely understand how discouraging this delay has been.
We also want to let you know that we already sent out a replacement order, and it is now on its way to you. Because a replacement has been shipped and is currently in transit, we’re not yet able to process a refund at this moment.
However, please rest assured that we are monitoring this closely. If, for any reason, the replacement does not arrive, we will absolutely make this right for you.
