Thumbs Up For Fast Shipping
I received an email saying that my order has already been sent on the 18th of Nov. I have sent numerous email to enquiries and postmaster at zestlife asking for tracking information. But they never reply my email. I have no idea when my order will arrive in Malaysia without any tracking reference. They took my money but without providing proof that they did ship out my order. Beware of this company. It's scam!

I did not mean to be rude. I was worried because I never get any reply from zestlife after I kept asking for tracking information for my order. Until now, I still have not receive Royal Mail tracking reference from you. Please resend.
Update:
I finally received my order yesterday. Thanks for fast shipping (parcel was dispatched the day after payment done). The only downside was customer service took ages to reply email. Tracking info was only provided after 1 week of repeatedly chasing for it.

Great service and delivery. My arthritic greyhound been on these for just under 2 months, what a difference. After 3 days he wasnt as stiff, npw he runs about playing, will definitely keep him on these for the rest of his life.

Are they even a legitimate company??
The order was processed very quickly, however, the customer service is excruciatingly bad. I tried repeatedly and without success, to contact them by telephone to ask some questions relating to ingredients, five days ago I resorted to email and I have yet to receive any response at all. I therefore cannot recommend Zestlife and will not use them or their products again,
Update: Well still no response from Zestlife and my doggo who has been taking the Green Lipped Mussel since October 10th has just today finished the pack of 90 capsules @ 3 per day.This means that there were only 70 capsules and not 90. Also not good.
They have not responded to emails or telephone calls. I am wondering if they are even a legitimate company.
A challenge to you Zestlife: IF you are legitimate then please get in touch.
So today is November 26th 2020 and it is several weeks since I spoke to Zestlife. There has at last been a response to my review - they are so efficient. Clearly they have sent me a package although my name is not Steph.
Anyway this was despatched from their office November 18th and has gone all the way to Kuala Lumpar - I am in NW England.
The words Party and Brewery come to mind.
PS. The reply below from Zestlife is not even for us lol

Great products and service
Great products. (I get CLA and Omega 3-6-9 on a regular basis - other products less frequently). The prices direct from Zestlife are marginally higher than you can get them from (as an example) Amazon, but we are talking about £1. The difference is that I sometimes struggle with supply on Amazon - but from Zestlife direct, there are no supply issues and delivery is excellent and super quick. I also love the ‘flat’ containers, as they are so easy to store.

Highly recommend
I live in Lanzarote and the service that I have received from Zestlife has been second to none in suppling both green tipped mussel tablets and turmeric tablets for my 11 year old dog.
