Product started leaking within a week of purchase. When I reached out to customer service, they use some fly-by-night email management software, so all their responses went into my spam folder and they never bothered to address this. Then, when I called their customer service trying to get a refund, the customer service rep hung up on me in the middle of the conversation. When I called back again the rep was very rude and abrupt with trying to get my refund. Also, the filters wear out super fast and you have to replace them almost every week. Would definitely recommend avoiding this company.

I purchased the sink mount system. It performed well through the first filter. With the second filter I noticed dripping when the water was turned off and the plastic knob would come off. By the third filter, no matter how long I ran my water, it was cloudy. I contacted the company and they said they were sending me a new filter. What they sent me was an empty box, literally. I contacted them and they did not reply.

Please, do not buy anything from zerowater. Their filter is a total scam, it starts smelling like fish even after 2 days and each filter costs a fortune. It's just a way to make you buy more and more filters that start smelling very soon, and all they tell you is that you need to change them.
If you want to return it, they will not provide a full refund and you will have to send the product back to another country, so you'll have to spend a lot of money just to do that.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

First filters came wet with some mold around the top. Next lot all leaked from the top so tap water was going straight into the ‘filtered’ section of the jug. The company made it difficult to get a return label. Three weeks after returning the filters still no £55 refund. Unfortunately for Zerowater a close family member works for small claims so they will find they have come unstuck this time as I have all the video evidence to take legal action.

Within 10 days of buying the water tastes disgusting and is reading 25 not zero, horrible waste of money don't buy

I recently moved to an acerage with well water. The water was not tasting good. I saw the Zero water jug at my local grocery store, picked one up on a whim to see if it will be better than carrying Jugs of water. It also came with a little water meter. Got home, filled it up. First we tested our tap water (while reading the instructions) and it was reading very high. Meter said it should be below 006…tap water was over 600! Then checked the water after it went through Zerowater filter. It went down to 200. I tasted it… it was awesome! Tasted so Fresh. I was very satisfied. This was 2 weekends ago! Yesterday I poured a glass, and luckily I was beside the kitchen sink, as I had to spit it out. I accused my husband of pouring Carbonated water in the jug… he said he didn’t do anything to the jug. After looking at the reviews, (google and trustpilot) I see this is standard! Really sucks, cause I will not be paying the cost for this filter (less than every 2 weeks) big Thumbs down from me 👎 ☹️
Oh yeah… and the meter hasn’t worked in a week!

It sure is Zerowater because it doesn’t taste like water just like garbage.

I recently bought this jug, together with 3 filters and certainly it improved water quality for a few days. However, although there are only two adults using it, the first filter needed changing after less than two weeks. The second filter proved faulty, continually releasing tiny blue specks of 'something' into the upper water chamber. I have emailed two complaints about this - the first at the beginning of April - but no response to date. The third filter is almost used up. And so am I. I won't be reordering filters as a 33% failure rate is unacceptable when the filters are so expensive. So much for being eco friendly, Zero Water...I'm back to bottled water in a heartbeat.
