Have ordered from this company several times. They have great eco-friendly products. (Especially love the deodorant and tooth tablets). The fast shipping in the smallest practible box and products not wrapped in oodles of plastic is very nice. And the owners are responsive and followed up after purchase to see if any issues. They also don't bombard your inbox with a constant deluge of marketing emails. Great family owned business.

We just made our first order. We got a follow up email to see if we were happy with our order. As it happened, one of the little nail brushes cracked right away. I reached out and they promptly replaced it. Wow! What amazing (online!) service. They truly care if you like their products. The packaging is eco friendly and the thank you notes are a nice touch. We will try out other products they offer without hesitation. Thanks.

Zero Waste Outlet sells beautiful AND genuinely plastic-free products! Even their ship packaging had zero plastic. (The only exception is the nylon bristles of their toothbrushes.)

Customer service was great. I had two packages that were supposed to arrive but were lost in the mail, one from zero waste outlet and one other package. I checked with my neighbors and couldn’t find them, so I emailed zero waste outlet and they took care of me. :)
Also, I love the products and I’m glad to finally be able to buy some daily essentials without all the plastic packaging!

Exceeded all expectations. I ordered the mint, vanilla and lavender earl grey lip butters. I love them all, but the earl grey is my favorite. They feel so luxurious and leave my lips so soft.
