This was my first order with this company. The website was easy to navigate. My order was shipped out promptly and arrived in excellent condition. I ordered the wool dryer balls. They performed as described and met my expectations. I am very happy with my experience with this company and the product I ordered.

The quality of the sponges that I bought is excellent… You can tell by the thickness of the sponge when it’s wet that there’s so much more substance to it than anything that you buy on the shelves in the store. It means a lot to our household that we use ecologically safe products in our home, in our refrigerator, and even with the clothes we wear. I am so tickled with these sponges. Very happy to have found them! They arrived quickly… I made sure to buy extras so I can have them in the bathrooms and the kitchen.

Quickly shipped to us and the dish brush heads are great quality! I also appreciate that the packaging is environmentally friendly.

Great products! I purchased the assorted kitchen cleaning tools (soap holder, scrubbing brushes, sponges), bath rag, face sponge and dish soap/laundry soap blocks! Everything works so well and is made with quality. Great way to bring less packaging and plastic into the home

I actually ordered the tabs with fluoride by mistake because I didn't see that there was a choice. They took a pretty long time to arrive. I just ordered some more without fluoride. These are great and I love that they come in paper and I can put them in my own reusable airtight container for daily use.

I placed an order for the coarse exfoliation soap bag, and the soap holder. My order arrived on time and perfect condition. I use the exfoliation soap bag with my turmeric bar soap and it works great, it’s not too harsh on my skin, but it gets the job done.

Customer service was personalized and efficient.

I love these products. The large block of soap and the dome brush are my favorites.

I've been re-stocking hard & soft brushes for a couple months now and not only do they always get here super fast, they have a great quality and have really become my go to for dish washing. I noticed the non-stick layer in my pans has also lasted for longer!

After placing an order for a few items, USPS lost my package. The team at ZWO was very quick to send another without any hesitation. Every product I've tried works as well or better than the stuff from the big box stores. I love the minimal packaging and no plastic. Shampoo bar - fantastic, toothpaste tabs - great, all-purpose, bathroom and glass cleaner refills - wonderful value.

Great products, quick turnaround time and fair price.

Shipping was fast, and I love the dish scrubbers! This is my first time using them after using regular sponges my whole life. I was worried they wouldn’t hold soap as well, but I think they’re actually better than sponges! Plan on composting in my backyard compost when the time comes. Will continue to buy indefinitely.
