I don’t usually write reviews but I was so pleased with the way the collection was organised so quickly and done in such a professional manner. I would definitely have no hesitation in recommending your company, and would definitely use you again should the need arise. Thank you, it was brilliant to get rid of the rubbish that had cluttered up my garden for so long.

We have been using Zero Waste for approx 2 years for our bulk waste removal. They are highly professional, offer a prompt service and always and leave our sites in clean/tidy condition - at reasonable rates. We would be more than happy to recommend.

Having to find a company last minute, led me to this team who from the moment I called for an inquiry right to the end of the job completion were helpful, efficient, kind, informative and seemed to actually want to do their job with passion. It’s a shame I have no rubbish to remove otherwise I’d be using their service on the regular. Fantastic follow up and organised emails. It was easy to make the booking, they came when they said they would, and they managed to take a heavy sofabed down a lot of stairs. Excellent.

John and Craig helped clear out my parent's home in Warley, Brentwood Essex and they were fabulous. Punctual, polite and good-humoured to boot! Nothing was too much bother or complicated for them. They made a difficult job easy and swift, and also tidied up. Cannot recommend this company enough for service and value. Well done!

I am clearing out my late mother’s house and had a large number of black sacks full of stuff. I had planned to take the rubbish away with me in the car, but had too much to fit into the car. I called Zero Waste who came on the same day to collect all the bags. Super efficient, easy and I am a big fan of Zero Waste’s ethos to avoid landfill wherever possible.
