Ordered and was emailed about delay a few days later. was initially unsure but suddenly got an email that my order was on the way and it showed up on my door 2 days later. Always emailed me back fast and let me know there was an issue and I got entered to win a cool car.

Ordered t shirt 6 months ago, still havent received it. Just got a few emails about supply chain issues and complaining about tarrifs.. Im pretty certain its just a money laundering front at this point.

My story is very similar to the one star reviews here...bought a couple tshirts almost 5 months ago. No shirts yet....bs email responses about logistics/material delays...this is a scam operation...stay away and if you purchased item from them, dispute with your CC company and pass the word that zerosixty.life is nothing but a 'family' of theives...ironically like the Toretto's....haha....

placed a order in May 29 2024.

Today is Feb 5 2026.

Never got my items, it was a full detail package for $185, multiple emails met with generic responses and no solutions or refunds. i was way past my time to do a chargeback.

placed order November 18th and still have not received as of January 26th.
reach out to them 3 times and every time they tell me orders typically take 15-30 days. i ordered for a Christmas gift and its the end of January. this company should have a lawsuit against it.
Update it is now February 22nd and I still have not received my item. I ordered November 18th.

Ordered some products on August 17th, they still havent shipped as of December 19th.. Placed a second order in September, also still hasn't shipped.. Out a few hundred dollars. Pretty sure this a a scam...I've reached out several times.. Generic BS responses..

I would give them zero stars if I could. I ordered in July. They printed my shipping label in September. After COUNTLESS efforts to reach out my package was finally "shipped" this month. I received nothing. I even provided them with and email from USPS confirming that the package was not delivered to me. The tracking number wasnt even tied to them. CRAZY. They keep claiming ive received my order. I JUST showed you even the carrier said I haven't. They deserve to be shut down and put in jail.

Wont send the products ordered and they also lie about the time ending and just keep extending it. How can we trust anybody really wins the car when they're already scamming. Claim they cant refund you. Just dispute it with your CC company.
