They secured us an excellent mortgage at the most competitive rate available to us, but what truly set them apart was the level of support they provided throughout the entire process. They were incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and patient. We asked countless questions, and they were always there to guide us, reassure us and help us make the right decisions.

This was especially valuable in the Lisbon property market, where good properties can disappear very quickly and important decisions often need to be made within a short timeframe.

We worked with Helder Constantino, who was absolutely incredible. It felt like having a mortgage broker, lawyer, buyer’s agent and trusted personal adviser all in one. He even gave us thoughtful advice on the properties we were considering and was consistently three steps ahead throughout the process.

Once we signed the CPCV, the Zephyr team took care of all the detailed administrative work behind the scenes. They followed up relentlessly with every party involved to make sure all the necessary documents were in place and that everything progressed smoothly.

Even the estate agent representing the seller commented to us more than once on how professional and efficient the Zephyr team was.
