Toller Kundenservice

Ich habe mit dem Zenowell Vagusnerv-Stimulationsgerät echt gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Fühlt sich insgesamt entspannend an und tut mir einfach gut im Alltag.

Was ich aber besonders hervorheben will, ist der Kundenservice. Ich hatte ein Problem mit dem Ohrteil und hab einfach über WhatsApp geschrieben. Antwort kam super schnell und total unkompliziert.

Ohne Diskussion wurde direkt ein neues Ohrteil losgeschickt, ein paar Tage später war es schon da. So einen Service erlebt man echt selten.

Für mich auf jeden Fall eine klare Empfehlung.

Watch out with this device

Watch out with this device. After some weeks the earplug is malfunction due to normal usage, but can get replaced by a new one for around 95euro, great! If you are willing to pay 95euro for a simple earplug (more simple than an audio one), every couple of weeks, you can give it a try.

Its a great product but the crux is finding a good fit, definitely experiment and take your time to find the right poistion. Other than that it does what is supposed to and I gets me so relaxed before bed

I purchased a Zenowell Luna about 2…

I purchased a Zenowell Luna about 2 months ago. I was looking for a Vagus Nerve stimulator that was reasonable in price, but still affective. I researched many brands and read many reviews before settling on the Zenowell products. I am happy to say that it was worth it. It's a great device and the company has excellent customer service. I use the device to help with anxiety/anxiousness and it has really been affective for me. I will continue to use it and keep up with the company for future products they come up with.

Great product, even better customer service

I got a ZenoWell Luna as part of ongoing efforts to regulate my nervous system and live a happier, more balanced life, free of ongoing symptoms such as chronic tension headaches, gut issues and anxiety. I find the device works well, particularly in managing acute flares - the Relax and Relief modes especially seem very efficient. I often use Meditation mode while meditating as well, which I find helps keep me in the zone really well. The earpieces can take a little trial and error to work out, and I found that the earpiece works best for me without the silicone cover attached.

The battery life is really great - even with daily use it can go weeks without needing to be recharged. It feels like a premium, well-designed product.

Where this company really excels is the customer service. When my earpiece broke, they replied straight away on WhatsApp and arranged for a replacement earpiece to be sent free of charge, no questions asked.

Zenowell Luna - great product

I purchased the Zenowell Luna about a month or so ago.
The product is well packaged and shipped promptly.
I was expecting a hard shell case, however it comes with a carry bag now (having spoken to the Zenowell Customer support team, they changed this as most users preferred a smaller carry bag so that it could fit into handbags etc.)
I had been experiencing tension in my neck and shoulders, along with tension headaches.
Whilst I am having physio and accupuncture for this, I have been using the Luna too and things are improving.
Initially I saw some improvement on my HRV, however this is fluctuating a bit now, so I will continue using the device and see what happens.
In the first 2 weeks, I had an issue with the ear piece not transmitting a signal or a degraded signal.
Following troubleshooting guidelines from Zenowell Customer service, they agreed to send me a new ear piece after I carried out their instructions to check functionality.
They were fast and responsive to get the situation resolved, although I am still waiting on the new earpiece.
I will keep using the device and see if things improve further.

Zenowell Luna

I purchased the Zenowell Luna about a mo th or so ago. Beautifully packaged product, shipped promptly. I've tried to use it for 20 mins each morning, and it has become a staple of my bedtime routine for 20 mins at night. I have had a permanent knot between my shoulder blades with differing levels of pain/intensity for the last 6 years and it disappeared within a week or 2 of using it. Not only that, when I had an issue with the ear piece, customer service shipped me a new one straight away, along with helpful information by contacting them on what's app. They were fast and responsive to get the situation resolved. So far. So good. Would recommend :)

Muy contento con el servicio al cliente que es excelente,te contestan de manera rápida y te solucionan cualquier problema que tengas,el producto adquirido es un zenowell luna, es una maravilla,utilizado para calmar un acufeno pursatil,además se a utilizado para eliminar unas migrañas, principalmente se adquirido para calmar un acufeno pursatil y realiza su función de manera correcta quien este sufriendo de esta dolencia lo recomiendo que lo utilize no la elimina pero si la calma,por calidad y precio es muy buena opción lo recomiendo sin dudarlo.

Experience Luna with chronic pain, migraines and fibromyalgia

After years of migraines and chronic pain and already trying many many things I stumbled across the idea of electric stimulation devices for the Nervus Vagus,

This after I tried Daith piercings and had them removed because they kept getting irritated and infected even after 1.5-2 years.

Knowing the Daith piercings helped a lot with the migraines and getting them back immensely after removing the piercings, the idea of electric stimulation besides the manual stimulations seemed like a good idea so after searching the web, I ordered the Luna device.

First I started with trying all the modes out and following the instructions of doing the relief and medit mode for the pains I'm having.

These at first didn't seem to help and I felt like things were actually getting worse, after a while of continuing the process I decided to mail support and explain that it didn't seem to be working and maybe I was using the machine wrong, if not than maybe I could get a refund (even though I was already passed the "trying/return" period).

Quickly I got a response of support and soon we came to the conclusion I was indeed using the machine slightly wrong (especially in my personal situation)

As I am highly sensitive and started using it in a period of a fibromyalgia flare up I got the advice to slowly start building up usage and at start keep it only at the relax mode as this is the least intense setting.

If things would still not improve they offered me to still send it back and get a refund (which would be way past the "allowed" return policy)

This alone told me they are really behind their product and I decided to keep using it as newly advised.

Few months later and here I am writing this review.

My migraines seem to have lowered in frequency (according to my medication taking longer before I need to order new) and I've also been free of pain medication for almost 2 weeks now. (Not saying my pains are gone, by far they are not, but being able to not need to dampen the pains is a huge win and major progress in my opinion)

I'm still building up the usage and am also not yet using it consistently though I am trying to build that up. (Maybe that will become easier with an app that can remind you and keep track of things in the future)

All by all, always trying to find ways to make my pains less, this machine really seems to be helping as an addition to the things I've already been doing.

Battery goes a long way and you can do multiple sessions before you have to recharge it which is great.

I notice it is best to sit down and take the whole 20 minutes whilst also "meditating" or just sitting relaxed or laying down but if one does not have time to sit down or/and is busy, you can just put the device in your pocket and wear it whilst doing your thing.

For me usually after about 10 minutes (halfway the session) it becomes a little intense and I turn down the machine by 1 or 2 levels which I start somewhere between 10 and 12, this is when I start feeling it's giving me "taps" on the nerve and then after 10 minutes or so, when I've gotten more sensitive in the ear, I turn it down 1 or 2 levels (to level 8-10) to get that same amount of "tap" feeling on my nerve again.

I can recommend this machine to anyone looking for more calmness/pain relief and or better sleep quality, all be it a pricy machine, it seems to be well worth the investment and the costumer service is excellent!

My gut health specialist I work with…

My gut health specialist I work with realized I have a strong connection between stress and my lower digestion.. She recommended I try a Vagus nerve stimulator. I was skeptical, but I've ad my Zeno well for 6 months now and it completely fixed my lower GI issues... I couldn't believe it. I use it daily, if I stop the symptoms come back so I just put it on for 20 minutes before bed every night and never think twice about my lower GI.

I took a chance on Zenowell

I took a chance on Zenowell after doing some research on VNS devices. It was not particularly cheap and reviews were sparse at the time, however I was quite impressed by the design targeting two stimulation points.

I had some issues with the cord fraying on the earpiece, however this was very quickly remedied and I was sent a new earpiece with a visible larger (and presumably stronger) cord attachment.

The device itself is simple to use and the earpiece design is very convenient.

Honestly surprised by how much this helped my sleep

I bought the Zenowell Luna a few weeks ago because I was struggling to shut my brain off at night, and honestly, it’s been a huge help. I was a little skeptical at first about whether a gadget like this would actually work, but the sleep mode is fantastic. It sends a gentle pulse through the ear clip that just seems to quiet my racing thoughts and relaxes my whole body.

I used to stare at the ceiling for an hour, but now I’m usually out within 20 minutes of turning it on. Super, hilfreiches Gerät

Meine Tochter benutzt das Gerät seit einem halben Jahr und ist absolut zufrieden.
Meine Tochter ist am Me/CFS erkrankt und die Vagus nerv Stimulation mit Zenowell ist eine große Unterstützung und hilft ihr zu entspannen.

Great product and even better customer service

I purchased the vagus nerve stimulator as I had tried everything else to improve sleep. To my surprise it does help keep me asleep during the middle of the night when I would normally wake up. Not perfect every night but enough to make a big difference. Secondly, the customer service they provide is fantastic. The ear piece didn’t fit my ear perfectly and they walked through all the possible solutions and now the product works brilliantly.

ZenoWell is a high-quality but affordable VNS device

I decided to get a vagus nerve stimulator (VNS) recently and searched for a high-quality but affordable device. I came across several VNS devices, but one was overpriced, another one’s company is engaging in shady practices, and I did not have trust in cheap generic devices either. Then I came across ZenoWell. When I learned about who is behind the company - real scientists who used to make medical-grade research and in-hospital equipment for vagus nerve stimulation, I thought that I could trust people who actually developed the device. Its price is also pretty reasonable compared to the competition. I was excited to try the device out. My primary goal was to increase my HRV and train my nervous system to be more resilient. However, not long before I pulled the trigger and ordered the device, I started having migraines. I decided to not go to doctor yet but to observe the symptoms and frequency. When I learned that ZenoWell has a relief mode specifically designed to alleviate pain, including chronic pain and migraines, I was curious. When the device arrived, I was excited and started using it straight away! I used it on relax mode intensity 7 for a few days. I noticed some unusual sensations and even nausea. I realised that it could be too much of an intensity for me, I am generally a very sensitive person, get dizzy often, depend on the weather, have hypotension etc. So I lowered the intensity to 3-4 and changed the mode to medit. The unpleasant symptoms have subsided. Instead, I am feeling super calm immediately after each session and get sleepy. It also seems to help with my migraines, as in the whole month of me using the device I have not had a single episode. This is so cool! I can’t believe it’s working. Yesterday, I had mild symptoms of migraine without the pain but with the weird heaviness in my head and brain fog. I decided to test whether ZenoWell could help me get rid of those symptoms right in the moment, and not only prevent them. And it worked! I used it for longer than usual, 40 minutes, on relief mode, and I started feeling better! All in all, I can really recommend this device to anyone looking to tone their vagus nerve. Apparently, this nerve is super important for pain management as well. My HRV has not really seen a huge change, but I am also doing lots of sports, and the HRV might be impacted by that as well. Customer service is also very pleasant and proactive. The passion for the project is there, and I am wishing the company the greatest development and expansion! I already recommended this device to my friends and family who struggle with stress and burnout.

Great product and customer service

Great product so far. Been using it frequently past month and see the benefits.

Customer service was also great. I wanted to exchange an earpiece and they were very helpful. There was a bit of miscommunication at one point but that got resolved very quickly.

I’ve had a great experience

I recommend ZenoWell. I’ve been struggling with chronic headaches for over a year and a half now and decided to give vagus nerve stimulation a try after trying so many other avenues. I went with ZenoWell because I liked the idea of a wearable that I can put in whenever I need it, and I’m glad I did. Not only am I finding some relief that I haven’t been able to achieve with different meds and therapies, but their customer service is amazing.
