I love this little independent shop and have ordered from them several times. They are always super friendly and helpful and their products smell and taste (tea) wonderful. If you need to send someone a pamper/well-being hamper then I can highly recommend.

I ended up in hospital with bowel issues. When I was discharged I took up a consultation with Sara from Zen Maitri. She was incredibly knowledgeable.
I think gut problems are a hidden time bomb and, unless you do the right things, it sometimes become a serious problem. Talking with Sara really helped me understand the issues and also her recommendations of herbal remedies and treatments and even life style changes were very important in my recovery and now in maintaining my health.

Sara also made some wonderful recommendations for herbal remedies which would help me with this and organised a tea-based herb blend for me. I'm usually very averse to herbal teas (I'm an avid coffee drinker) but the herbal blend was very drinkable and soothing!

I've taken a number of the Friday meditation classes led by Laurent Roure and cannot tell you how much I needed them!

I suffer from anxiety, and so sitting down with my thoughts for an hour is quite a daunting prospect. However, Laurent guided us through a relaxing hour of meditation where I felt as if I had been resting for a week! Honestly, I felt really good afterwards and despite my fears of my anxiety consuming my thoughts, that never happened. With lockdown and being glued to our screens, I've found the meditation class on a Friday night a great way to end the previous week and to start the weekend ahead. It gives you mental time and space to recover and be in the moment. I definitely recommend going along to these classes.

After recovering from covid I got 4 horrific styes (2 on each eye, top and btm eyelids) that eventually turned into cysts. They were to be surgically cut out but my appointment at the hospital kept being moved due to covid.
I then had a Natural Health Consultation with Zen Maitri and they made me a bespoke herbal tincture which has dissolved the cysts and I no longer require surgery. I highly recommend them for their herbal remedies and teas!

For anyone who takes their health seriously this place is truly a haven and well worth a visit. The on-site herbal experts can give you an in depth consultation and recommend tinctures and teas to support you in pretty much any area of your life. Also a fabulous place for perusing and purchasing gifts. Soaps and moisturisers were extremely well received at Christmas! I love the minimalist branding and each ingredient is thoughtfully and sustainably sourced, researched and curated. Website and online ordering is easy to navigate too. I am sure I will be a lifelong customer.

I received a beautifully packaged hamper for Christmas full of everything I didn't know I needed but now can't live without! The hand sanitiser is so effective yet gentle on the skin and the hand cream is nourishing and smells divine. The tea is comforting and warming - a real hug in a mug! I can't recommend highly enough. This is a great little business that genuinely cares about improving your health and wellbeing with natural remedies.

Zen Maitri delivers natural products, in beautiful packaging, from a delightful store in Chiswick or online. Their Rose Mist is refreshing, and the Day and Night creams works wonders. They both smell divine and I love the way these products pamper my skin and gives it a refreshing glow. Their herbal teas are lovely to drink, hot or cold and have left me feeling renewed and energised; their bespoke tonics have significantly eased various health issues that I have faced for several years.

Zen Maitri has an excellent, comprehensive range of herbal remedies, teas, oils, aroma-therapy & bath time essentials. What was really so helpful was the knowledge of the staff being able to guide in the best use of the products available. With the use of certain oils my lower back pain was greatly relieved.

This gem of a place is worth popping into just for the aesthetics. I wanted to buy everything in here! The service was fantastic with lots of knowledge behind all the products. I bought their own matcha tea & probiotic tablets. Both are working wonderfully well and I cannot wait to go back to the store for more products.
