Amazing experience for same day COVID testing for return travel to US! Highly recommend and have now exclusively used them for past 2 trips to London. Karar was so knowledgeable and fantastic. We will be back again!

My husband and I were traveling back to the States from England and the day before realized that we needed a COVID test before going back. Our hotel recommended Zenhealthcare and they were wonderful. We were given an appointment right away and had the results very quickly. I highly recommend Zenhealthcare.

Got my pre flight COVID test at zen health and they were great! Super easy and quick. Made an appointment for the afternoon and I was in and out within 15 minutes test results in hand! The staff was very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Nothing but good things to say!

From the moment we walked in the door the two gentlemen could not have been more friendly, professional and helpful. I was brininging my 84 year old mum back to the States and we needed help with Covid testing For our return flight. Karar, walked us through each step in the process and helped us set up appointments for the day before our flight. When we returned for our testing we were again welcomed with warm cheer, professionalism and a good dash of humor putting us at ease for our test. The test went without a hitch. While we waited a few short minutes for our results we were able to sample and obtain a few new beauty products. I cannot recommend Zen Heathcare any higher then the survey will allow! One last note, and it’s a big one, Zen Heathcare can take care of any prescriptions you need in the event medicine was lost in your travels! Trained physicians will consult with you and help you get the prescription medicine you may need! What an amazing service and peace of mind knowing that lost luggage or misplaced/forgotten medicine can be easily filled by Zen Heathcare! We return in the Fall for a wedding and without hesitation, Zen Heathcare is where we will go for any need we may have. Warm, welcoming, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable staff will meet you at the door! Whole process was fairly smooth. But I found the attendant a bit pompous and arrogant in the beginning. A bit unpleasant.

Went for Covid test, had some issues and Was concerned. Karar provided us with thoughtful and sensitive support to get us through the ordeal. I can’t say enough about the professional attitude of the Zen technical team. They have become my go to guys for any medical issues I may have in London!

Super responsive and helpful. Not sure what the going rate is for a Covid antigen test is a day before the airport, but these guys were great to work with. I’d say pricey but worth the cost.

This was an excellent experience! I went in for a ready to fly covid. The gentleman was excellent and extremely thorough with the paperwork. I also had the opportunity to shop for supplements. VERY knowledgeable staff; wish there was one in nyc.
