Lost £35 round, no refund

New to this so partly my fault, but the bonus terms were a maze. Deposited £210, opted into the reload, and the wagering ticked up far slower than x20 suggested. Turned out different games counted different amounts, none of it on the offer page. When I asked, two agents contradicted each other on whether real balance counted. The bonus expired while I was still trying to understand it, and no one would extend it.
