Great Marketplace, I like it, all communication is highly recommended.

The first time when I bought from the Zeerk, I thought that it was like Fiverr and Seoclers protecting the rights of the buyer and seller.

But this website is a messy market. without any specific rules. I bought a service with 30 days guarantee after the delivery. The service was so poor I contacted the seller after 30 days to see a solution to the problem, but he just ignored me.

After this, I wrote to support. The admin told me: please just contact the seller. And when I did not find any solution with the seller and the admin, I told the admin that I would open a Paypal dispute, After a few hours They ban my account.

But the worst thing was after this I received a message from the support threatening me to close my social accounts if I disturbed them again.

Message: If you continue to deceive us, we have a special group of our freelancers and ban your social account(s).

I just started selling on Zeerk and added one gig. The interface for Zeerk looks nice and easy to use. I am giving it a shot as of this week and hope I succeed selling on Zeerk.

However, a few things about the website frustrate me already and I am questioning my success as a seller or how much time I should put into this website.

Firstly, the website has tons of ads. Everytime I click on something, an ad pops up and dominates the screen. Or, within gig pages, there are tons of video ads. Why? This company offers a great service and it would be nice not to be interrupted by ads. Nobody will on those anyway and it disrupts the buyer when I am trying to make a sale. It also makes me as a seller look shady.

Secondly, the website is very slow at times. I click on one link and it sometimes takes 6 to 10 seconds to load. It makes me want to leave the website, but I stay in hopes of increase my sales of my podcast network.

Thirdly, there are not many reviews for anything other than social media bot promotion services. It seems like very few gigs have any reviews which indicate no traffic at all.

Not gonna lie, some things are okay, but for the most part an awful website and really sketchy. Every time you order, you feel like you're walking into a dark alley in a dangerous neighborhood in the middle of the night.

I use this side all the time as a costumer. I find very good gigs. As well the customer support is very good.

The worst admin ever.

The admin is the worst. He did not pay for the order which is already placed and the seller started his job. When you deliver your order the admin cancelled the order and said they buyer was a fraud

the Admin is a fraud. A buyer placed his order and I started the job for him. After 7 days later the admin cancels the buyer transaction as Fraud and cancels the order as well. In the meantime, I have lost my time and that money

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SUPPORT NOT RESOLVE ISSUES AND BLOCK THEM ADMIN IS A BIG IDIOT

Zeerk is an amazing platform for working remotely micro tasks jobs. I got some permanent clients from Zeerk, thank you for the great freelance website! The customer support here is amazing. Sometimes replies within minutes.
Money can be withdrawn here as soon as the work is completed. Don't need to wait for days. It's very good. I am happy to work here

Zeerk is a scam. When a buyer make a complaint too a seller Zeerk 100% side with the seller regardless of the circumstance. Also the seller on Zeerk is the worst when a buyer point out the problem of a order the seller refuse to correct the problem. The best site to do professional business is Fiverr everyone on the site is very friendly and polite.

I love Zeerk - I've sold a couple of things there and I regularly order content from some reliable sellers. I've also bought some SEO gigs there too.

I think what is important here is that ZEERK is an online marketplace - they do not sell any goods themselves. It is important to remember to properly research the seller you want to purchase from, same like you would do on any other marketplace.
