I order this for my bonus daughter as a birthday gift and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I've ever made. The moment she opened it, she got emotional and even cried it truly meant a lot to her. Seeing her reaction was one of my best moments. The quality is amazing,and the shipping was fast and smooth. I couldn't be happier with this purchase!
I received my necklace a bit damaged at first, but I contacted support and they responded immediately. They quickly sent me a replacement without any hassle. The new one arrived in perfect condition and looks absolutely beautiful. Really impressed with their customer service and fast shipping-thy handled everything so professionally!
I placed an order on Dec 2nd 2025 . Tells me it will ship in 2-5 days . As I order , it asked to upsell me with something else also . I press ' no to upsell ' as soon as I did it completed my order with the upsell I said no to . 6 emails and dozens of calls later , nothing . Responded with a text 18 days later wanting address confirmation. Tell them the story and get an ok , will refund the upsell and changed to a new order . 8 days later they ship it and just received it and still no more response to my concerns of refund . I will not use them again for sure . My experience, you do whatever .
still not gotten my order cannot get anyone to answer the phone provided ,not happy with the service of the company even have e mail the company thru the support system still no contact with anyone ,after i get this matter resolve will not be ordering from the company again
I ordered a necklace with a very nice, personalized message for my daughter. I also added a matching set of earrings.
THEY ONLY SENT ONE EARRING!
I realize mistakes can happen, but they will not answer a call, and have only responded to one text stating that they will forward the issue to their "fulfillment center."
As for the products, the box was nice, the charm less than expected, even for costume jewelry, the same quality for THE ONE EARRING THAT WAS SENT. It's just cheap costume jewelry. The chain itself is about the same quality that you would get in a game room for about 50 tickets.
This is a company who claims to be in Florida, uses a Connecticut phone number and I think has an LLC from Wyoming, although I'm not 100% sure off that last part.
If your fortunate enough to receive, and be content with your order, you should be alright. Just keep your expectations low. BUT IF YOU ARE NOT FULLY SATISFIED, It will only get worse, as they will barely respond, refuse to answer calls they receive on their Google phone number and will not attempt to correct the issue.
The US Postal service lost my shipment AFTER it arrived at the station for my PO Box. Despite having the tracking # showing delivery to the station, USPS could NOT find my item. I contacted ZEE JEWEL via email. They were very prompt in their response and sent a second shipment which did arrive just a few days later. The items look very nice and the personalized message I requested, as these are Christmas gifts, were done correctly and appear very professionally done. KUDOS to ZEE JEWEL!
