Absolutely fabulous products. I have received the “drought dropper” and “shall I repair thee” hair products and it’s a must have! I have never seen my hair this shiny before and not to mention it’s so soft from root to ends. The products arrived in gorgeous packaging and smells so good too! I’ll be recommending Zee.ellé to all my friends, thank you!!

Is there a way we can band together to get our refunds back from this scam company?

I am so angry with myself. I had always found Zeeelle a bit dodgy but I decided to wing it and order and I have now been waiting over two months for a wig. Constantly fobbed off with excuses of delays.

It’s becoming pretty obvious to me that I won’t be getting this wig at all, or I’ll be getting one I didn’t order/poor quality as other reviews have experienced.

After checking social media it seems a lot of others are having problems too.

I paid via Laybuy and waiting on some advice from them but it’s not looking hopeful.

This company has been around for a while and yet I don’t see much about it being a scam how is that? Are they taking down bad reviews from others sites? The whole thing is very sketch. I’ve become convinced that the people who do respond from this store are AI due to how all of their responses to people seem to be slight variations of the same thing.

This is absolutely horrendous and the website needs taking down! How are they even in the good books of these payment plan websites??? There needs to be more done to look in to this company.

I wish I checked trustpilot before I ordered! 6 month they ignored me about my order then the wrong item finally came. 2 more months of ignoring me then No refunds they said so I returned for the correct item being sent and been ignored for the last two weeks. £700 down and have not been able to go out for the last 8 month due to having no hair. Also I selected pay in 3 and they took the full amount instantly pretty sure this is theft. Looking into suing the company

This company is a professional scam.
You order, they send you the wrong/ faulty wig/ you return it and they then ignore all contact and keep the return and your money! They have robbed me of over £600 and done the same to many many others. Do not order from here!
UPDATE: this company knows no bounds. So after leaving my review they eventually get in contact and say I can have my refund if I remove my review. Black Mail. Surely this is illegal. I don’t trust them an inch and have no doubt even if removed they wouldn’t refund me. And guess what? Still no refund.lol

Ordered a wig back in October 2023, still waiting on the order processing.. date of expected delivery keeps changing every day I check. Contacted numerous times with either no response or a reply to say its delayed. I have now requested my money back and cannot get a response from them via website or social media.
Very disappointed

Scammed me about £700.
Absolutely disgusting customer service. ERIKA always come with a excuse to justify the delay about my order 40504. I did my order 17th December I paid in full and until now I never received an email with the date about when the parcel will be delivered. ERIKA told to wait 4 weeks because the wig was in a production but when I pay, the receipt says the item will be ready to be shipped 09h January...this Company isn't honest and play with the persons who really need this.
The company are refusing to give my money back in full, saying they Will take 30% around 200£ because the wig is in production.... Scammers!!! Absolutely disgraceful. As I said in my email if I didn't get a refund in full on my bank account until Friday 3th February 2024 I will proceed this to the police!! This is not acceptable!!

I ordered two hair pieces back in November with a promotion on at the time it came with a free third wig.total order came to over £1600 I received one of the items ( not the second) plus the free wig in January. The free wig was beautiful but I didn’t realise until I cut the lace that the wig cap was the wrong size. I’ll have to deal with that now as I cut the lace. The other one however was the wrong length hair. I sent it back and was advised at the beginning of January that I would receive the correct two wigs in 2-3 weeks in the correct cap size and hair length. I am still waiting on an update. I am still hopeful to receive these shortly but having read some of the other reviews I am becoming concerned. If they do arrive shortly in the same lovely condition as the free wig but in the correct cap size and length I’ll update my review . I’ve left another message on their Instagram page so hopefully I’ll get a response

Update: I’ve had a msg from Em to say they’ll be dispatched next week which is great news. I can’t wait to receive them, hoping they are as lovely as the Kenya wig I received

Drought dropper is A true game changer
It transformed my dry dull hair instantly! My hair was soft smooth shiny manageable
It dried easily & looked good I don’t need to heat style ! And it smells gorgeous!
I love it !

Heyi don't review quite often but i have to with zee.elle. very nice synthetic wigs, so beautiful and feel real. Definitely a place I will buy from again and their lace pin wow it is delicious. But have patience for shipping can drag on a bit. but love love their wigs

I received the ‘Drought dropper’ product as I deal with breakage lack of moisture with my hair type. This product is mostly used as a styling product but I find it has worked well at hydrating my hair in productive styles. The smell is very light and has a beautiful aloe Vera scent. I love that it contains natural ingredients as I’m very careful with what I use. Great Product, thank you.

BUYER BEWARE
Please, I urge everyone thinking of buying from this company to look at all of the 1 star reviews on here that echo my experience. I ordered a wig for over £600 due to thinning hair, which is stressful enough as it is. The wig arrived much later than they advised, frustrating and lack of communication skills/ customer service, but not the end of the world.
However, the wig received is the worse quality item I have ever received. Faults include the following:
Ordered 18-20 inch wig, received a wig that was 12-13 inch in most places
Ordered a ‘creamy ash blonde”- received a terribly untoned, dry, yellow wig
Wig had visible tufts of short hair a couple of inches long throughout
Sloppy colouring with brown splodges all over the blonde
I have been in contact with them, with Erika initially advising “they don’t refund human hair wigs and I can have a replacement” not only do I not want a replacement due to the dire quality, this is breaking the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I advised them of this, and they then proceeded to offer me a refund minus 30% restock fee! Yet again violating the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and trying to scam customers out of money with illegal and illegitimate practices and made up refund policies.
I have spoken to the Consumer Citizens Advice Bureau who have confirmed they pass cases over to Trading Standards once reported, so I would would urge anyone else who has been scammed by this company to call them, so that they can pass the case on, and the more cases the better to get this business to stop violating laws and scamming customers with their illegal representations of products and returns/refund policy (or lack of)
I have been given a reference number and citizens advice have advised me to update them on what happens with zeeelle/ (pink urbit Ltd as they are on companies house).
I will be calling back to escalate this as over a full week later after receiving an unsatisfactory product that I need to return for a full refund I am still no further forward with this terrible company. All they have done is drag their heals, lie, scam and take no ownership and take me round in circles. I will keep this review updated.
UPDATE: Zeeelle eventually agreed to refund me in full (but not before trying every avenue to get out of this and causing un-due amounts of stress) They received my return order over a week ago- theyve ignored ALL of my contact, i've had no acknowledgement or refund. So currently they have over £600 of my money and their item back, and i have NOTHING. AVOID AVOID

If I could give this company a 0 I would. I won a contest they were having and messaged them, as asked. No response for over 2 weeks. So, like many of the reviews say, horrible customer service. I wrote a previous review stating I was excited but then disappointed that they had basically scammed me. I message them on fb messenger as well with no response. After the review, within an hour they contacted me. Figures. Stating they were choosing a new winner because of the review. They have horrible customer service, communication and highly unprofessional. They're a scam company. As you can tell from the reviews they either take your money or never respond to you. Positive reviews are probably fake. Find another wig company.

UPDATE I've ordered and received five synthetic wigs including one that was out of stock but happily came back in stock and was sent next day delivery. As someone who has about a million synthetic wigs of varying prices, these are by far the best ones I've purchased, beautiful colouring, soft and really realistic hair not fake shiny and best of all no itching!! I also purchased a human hair wig a few months ago, I've washed it, used glue on it, heated tools etc and it's still so beautiful, the lace front is amazing and so realistic I even forget it's a wig sometimes myself lol it's not shed hardly any hair. I've ordered another human hair piece which I'm excited to get. There have been some problems with slow processing and delivery but an email to customer service and it's sorted pretty quick. I'd recommend, not only for the quality but also reasonable price too

I purchased the Drought Dropper for my wig to prevent dryness & it’s amazing. The smell is great too. I would definitely reccomend!

Pretending to be all caring and professional whilst scamming people out of their money and THEN lying to make themselves look better.
If you want to get scammed, then by all means order from this place but you’ll probably be waiting forever for your order to arrive and it probably won’t even be the right order.
They say they granted a refund request but they actually never did, so they left a beautiful woman who’s currently battling cancer, with no wigs and £700 down.
Dont know who gave them the audacity to be money robbers.

Scammed a dear friend for £700+ whilst she's dealing with cancer and chemotherapy with a 7 month old. Absolutely disgusting customer service. She received a low quality wig, brown stripes in the hair, product in the hair and they said they would send a new one out once they received the FAULTY wig. She sent the wig back and then they went back on their word and said they would not send a new one out to her. They also refused a refund and said to raise a dispute with PayPal. PayPal won't do this because the communication wasn't via PayPal and the company are refusing to give her her money back let alone a replacement. She now has no wig, no hair, no self esteem, and is extremely upset about this. AVOID AT ALL COSTS THEY ARE SCAMMERS WITH LOW QUALITY WIGS CHARGING RIDICULOUS AMOUNTS FOR AWFUL WIGS. Absolutely disgraceful. Do you actually have a conscience? How can you put people through this who are suffering so badly? Awful. Sickening.

Shocking company, sell people a wig, agree to exchange and get original one back, then fail to send the agreed replacement. Avoid at all costs

Don't know who you are thinking this is, but I'm not the person you seem to be assuming I am!

I am writing this in response to the feedback that was provided by this company to my refund request that i have been waiting for over a month. in which they had the nerve to take off 30% almost £200 off my money because of their so called 30% restock fee. FIRST OF ALL, i cancelled my order as soon as it was purchased and this was confirmed to me in an email by ERIKA from customer service. so the wig was not even made at all yet so what restock fee do you need to take off from my money since you did not waste any product at all!. secondly the attempt to use a policy on me is not going to work because your 30% charge is from a return and exchange policy in which i did not receive any product because I CANCELLED IT AS SOON AS I PURCHASED IT! ON THE SAME NIGHT I BOUGHT THE WIG AND CANCELLED IT 10 MINUTES LATER! i want my full refund and return to me the rest of my money! I ALREADY CONTACTED THE OMBUDSMAN ON YOUR ATTEMPT TO SCAM ME because it took me over a month to receive my refund and now you are attempting to rob money off me from your crooked policy!.

I am not even going to rate this company any star but since i have to put something, it will have to be one star.
Don't buy anything from this company because their returns are a very very low painful process! i have been waiting for my refund for over a month now and i have to keep begging them and messaging them several times for them to return my money after i cancelled an order. They keep telling me for a month that it's in process. and when i am getting the local authority and the police and the ombudsman involved that is when they "partially refunded me". I am still chasing them asking why they have not fully refunded my money as of yet but they are yet again to reply why they took at least 3/4 of my money. no explanation why they only partially refunded my money. it seems that they can't take it that when you are cancelling an order and they are trying to pocket your money for a very long time and seems to have a problem fully refunding the money you paid and they don't want to return the money in full. i am still yet waiting for a feedback until they return the rest of my money and if not received i will be involving the authorities for scam.

Don’t buy unless you want your blind knots to look like someone’s took a felt tip and drew dots on your head , If I could score 0 stars I would, from start the worst customer service I’ve ever came across they ignored me for 4 weeks because I wanted to return my wig which they are now trying to say it’s custom so I can’t return (scammers) and then had the AUDACITY to tell me to spend more money on there website to purchase one of there blind knot sticks to fix there “ blind knots” problem with the wig.
