Paper and print quality were poor
Paper and print quality were poor. The corners of the cards had rubbed and lost color during transportation.

Sorry for the low rating
Sorry for the low rating. The quality is very nice but my order was wrong. I ordered rounded corners at a cost of 0.35$each and the card came back pointy. I tried to contact cx service , virtual chat, even sent a photo and no one got back to me. I have to keep the cards due to time but I’d like a refund of 0.35$ per card for the corners not being rounded

Cards arrived damaged
I’ve been ordering from Zazzle for years, but this time will likely be the last time. Half the cards arrived damaged. They are scratched up and bent in the corner.

Disappointed!
I paid extra for rounded corners but received plain squared corners. It completely changed the esthetics of the memorial cards I created for my precious mother. Basically, all Zazzle had to do is round the edges and print. I did the design.
