Fake app full scam

The status is showing as money disbursed and asking for repayment
I still haven't recieved the amount and its has been more than 72 hours..
No one from customer care is picking the call no response on email as well. There is no one . If they as for repayment without disbursement I will take this to Consumer court and FIR . And share it publically

I applied for a loan through your app, but I have not received the amount in my bank account yet. However, the loan status is showing as active, and it's asking me to make a payment. Since I have not received any loan amount, I would like you to please check and verify my application and update the loan status accordingly. If the amount has not been disbursed, please ensure that I am not charged any EMI or repayment amount. I look forward to your prompt response.

The service is horrible,it taking so long to get the amount credited in account after showing disbursed from the app side..and they are charging intrest for the amount which I didn't recieved in my account,and they are saying Instant Cash approval?
Worst service

I have done payment, they offered me reloan , i applied and got sanctioned, amount not credited in my account, they have said link to close the loan, called , Mailed, no response, Mail box mail are getting returned, some one suggestion required what to do, in time payment got punishment, good learning,

I applied for a loan. It was showing as loan amount is being transferred for 24hours. Now it is asking to repay the loan. Money not credited to my bank and also customer support is not available on phone. I also emailed care@zapcash and there is no response. Total scam company. Do not trust this app.

I have been having an issue to repay the amount for more than 5 6 says and tried calling the customer care nobody responded and started adding extra charges not because of my mistake and one of the customer representative said that she dont know what issue I am facing they dont want to know but however it is i ahould be paying it. I have never missed the due date and this time without my mistake they started harassing me I dis not have any other option since they blocked me from everywhere so I reached out to cyber security team and they asked me to register the complaint and not to do further payments now they started threating me in WhatsApp if I dont do the payment they will start calling my contact. I have shared the FIR details raised by cyber security team even then they are sending me messages daily and donts respond to what I post. I think this I a new technique for cheating please dont trust them
. There is actually no customer care not even once they receive I have tried more than. 50 times

Service is not good no one care about your concern and no rply about any service

There is no customer care. I completed all the steps and they made me do esign and bank mandate ... After all this it is been a week and there is no response on mail and the number they have given keeps shouting select hindi or english and drops dead.
Do not fall into their trap .. pathetic experience...

Reject condition

worst loan app and fake, after singing e aggrement and emandate...they review the loan application and take time for 24 hours after that they reject it.. It's totally fake loan app. Need complaint to RBI. One more thing they reply this and say mail us on details we will resolve this. Here i already mailed you called you but no response from your end. You never reply to anyone becoz you fraud company.

இது என்னுடைய தனிப்பட்ட அனுபவம். நான் Jobcase Loan வாங்கியிருந்தேன். லோன் தொகையை முழுமையாக செலுத்திய பிறகும், Penalty Charges என்று கூறி கூடுதல் தொகை செலுத்த வேண்டும் என்று தொடர்ந்து என்னை தொடர்பு கொண்டு தொந்தரவு செய்து வருகின்றனர்.

மேலும், Cheque Bounce Charges என்ற பெயரில் மீண்டும் மீண்டும் கட்டணங்கள் விதிக்கப்பட்டதால், வங்கியில் மட்டும் இதுவரை சுமார் ₹8,000 வரை கூடுதல் செலவு ஏற்பட்டுள்ளது.

நான் ஏற்கனவே கடுமையான நிதி சிரமத்தில் இருந்து பணத்தை ஏற்பாடு செய்து லோன் தொகையை செலுத்தியிருக்கிறேன். இருந்தாலும் தொடர்ந்து கூடுதல் charges கேட்பது எனக்கு மிகவும் சிரமமாக உள்ளது.

எனவே, என்னுடைய அனுபவத்தை அடிப்படையாகக் கொண்டு, Jobcase Loan எடுப்பதற்கு முன்பு அதன் Penalty Charges, Processing/Other Charges மற்றும் Cheque Presentation/Bank Charges ஆகியவற்றை முழுமையாக தெரிந்து கொண்டு முடிவு செய்யுமாறு அனைவரையும் கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறேன்.

Fraud fake app don't take use this loan its a total scam

I was medically unfit for a months and i was not able to repay the loan on same day but i have emailed their team with my concern and medical documents but their collection team threaten me saying even if u die we will collect from your family and medical excuses are not allowed for loan. they don't have manner to talk

Good app to zapcash

I already paid my EMI on 30th September but my amount is also debited by ENacH on 1st October
I called customer care but no answer
I emailed them telling my problem but still my email is unanswered
Please refund the money or else I will take to consumer court.
