Scam company DO NOT BUY anything from them, the item are nothing like the pictures cheap materials and once you contact them for a refund they dont answer I dont know how these companies are allowed to trade!

Scam company selling cheap counterfeit products avoid at all cost .

A week after making my purchase I realised Zanvier are a scam company. I thought I had ordered a Ralph Lauren sweater as advertised but in reality what I received was a cheap imitation from China. Couldn't be bothered sending back and probably having to go through MasterCard to get my money back. Not worth the hassle. Avoid at all costs.

Hello I ordered a 'beige' RL jumper from them in December - when it arrived it was a flesh colour and very cheaply made. I have been trying to get them to accept the return but I am getting no information about returning the jumper - very poor service do not buy from them.

My wife ordered a 2 jackets £70 approx for Xmas pressies. Arrived after Xmas. Order was for uk large size, but size more like medium to small uk sizes. Contacted bank credit card, must make complaint to Zanvier first for return and refund,before monies can be returned through credit card. Total scam company.

This is a true experience of Zanvier. I ordered a RL long sleeve shirt.
What I got was not even a decent counterfeit copy. They show lovely pics on there site, but don't be fooled, these are lesser quality than Temu.
Don't be fooled, they are a con company and you can never get in touch

OMG, I have paid for Ralph Lauren 3 shirt, it's came fake logo and material is low quality not same is original Ralph Lauren at all! Don't buy from Zanvier! They don't have customer service at all! No refun information to return item. You won't able to return! Then you need talk to your credit card service. Please don't trust Zanvier website 🙏

This a is a scam website selling fake goods. My husband has been caught. Have just tried to get a refund. Not looking hopeful! AVOID

My elderly mother was scammed, the polo Ralph Lauren zip up jumper was a very poor fake . Arrived after Christmas late, cheap material, like it should cost a fiver from the market. It was a gift and really upset her and ruined her Christmas!!!

Fake goods supplied ,no customer service, also no return address or receipt slip in packaging. Avoid this company .

This is a scam. Item eventually received is not as shown in sales advert. Different colour, cheap material, fake Ralph Lauren logo. Avoid this company, it is fraudulent.

I ordered reduced priced Ralph Lauren half zip jumpers. The badge is a transfer and the quality is appalling. I wouldn't pay £5 for one. Do not buy from this company. My fault for trusting their fake 5star trustpilot score on their website. Gutted

Ordered with them on 11th December and paid for speedy delivery, chased them 3 times to ask where my delivery is and no reply or update. Appalling customer service. My advice is never buy them.

Very poor quality, completely different colour blue to the option I picked, logo stuck on, no labels and the list goes on!!
Half price at £40, expensive for washing the car if it can even do that!

Avoid at all costs, scammers selling poor quality clothes, no returns address should be the first red flag, £100 loss for me, I'll live and learn

Item received was shocking quality, I have tried unsuccessfully to arrange a return, customer service is non existent, they have now stopped communicating, because I want a refund, they are also only contactable through an email address. do not waste your money.

There’s something dodgy going on here. Goods ordered but after initial confirmation, no communication or response. Currently nursing a £70+ potential loss and sitting out the 30-day waiting period to make a reclaim on my credit card. Be careful - clicking on their “tracking number” will send you to a very worrying website !!
I’ll happily rewrite this review if I ever hear further.
UPDATE: the two shirts I ordered surprisingly eventually turned up. They’re appalling quality, and definitely fake. I’ve now started the process to try to get a refund.
UPDATE: my credit card company has agreed to a chargeback and have recredited my account. Now have to wait 45 days in case the merchant challenges and I can consider myself the legal owner of 2 rags.

By the way, Ralph Lauren have confirmed Zanvier are definitely not an authorised dealer.

This company is selling poor quality items totally false advertising and fake goods I’m trying to get a returns refund but there’s no response to my emails from the service team stay well clear of this site looks like I have lost my money to Zanvier they are a disgrace 👎
