I was chatting to a well known musician that’s if it was really him about four times he’s asked for things every time I say havnt got the money the final straw was asked for a Apple Card once again said havnt got the money but said send what you have when I gave the same reply havnt got the cash he got really nasty and said don’t text me anymore your no use to me the thing is he’s a billionaire and shouldn’t be asking for things

What kind of company would allow scammers to prey on the elderly and not STOP it. You guessed it ZANGI! My 84 year old mother has been scammed and almost lost her entire savings and her home. DO NOT USE THIS APP!!!!!

I haven't used this but I got a feeling that it's full of scammers has I've only came to hear about this zangi through someone that's messaged me on Facebook messager as I don't know this person but I'm just wasting their time at the moment. And I know people can use AI imagine to do video chat and use a fake voice has well so I've came here to warn these people who use this app because someone has told you about is more like to be a scammer. Also the app says its secure bur their aint know such thing has secure message and video chat especially if your talking t9 a scammer they got your information already and they will be sharing it to others. See I've given them a fake email and a fake name has they was asking for my gmail and pay ID yeah like I'm going to give that out to a random person I don't even know

I love the App as it's the best messaging app that I have seen. If I were writing this review on the workings of the App this would be a five star review. However my experience with contacting customer service was so terrible that this would be five star review became a two star review. I was bullied and threatened by another user to the point that I wrote to customer service to alert them to this user so that they didn't terrorize another user. Instead of being helpful or at least showing a little empathy the agent basically attacked me and revictimized me all over again. It was a case of attack the victim. Here's the agent's response to my complaint it was disgusting and repulsive:

"Your actions are irresponsible. Above all you can't use our platform for communication with potential scammers it's clearly stated in our rules. And if you did so, be helpful to police and don't make artificial obstacles for people who try to punish criminals. And if you don't want to act, just leave the platform.
Delete account is located in settings-tab > Privacy section"

Too many users from Nigeria. And those on it either refuse to give a real phone number or say they don’t have one.
That’s why one star.

I use the app for traveling and any private business chats I need to have. Firstly it never lags, even when my connection is not the best. It works when other messengers don't. And the security measures of this messenger, especially the fact that its serverless and anonymous is great for private chat reasons.
