I’ve just completed my 14-day trial with ZAAG, and I have to say, it’s been a game-changer. Between work, everyday life, and my usual struggle with anxiety, I’ve often found it hard to get a good night’s sleep. But ZAAG has made a significant difference.

There is no easy way to contact their customer support from their website and their VA does not work and sends you in loop . I had to waste a lot of time before i can talk to someone.

Personally, the product had no noticeable positive or negative impact on me. However, I already maintain a very healthy lifestyle and supplement accordingly, which may influence the results.

The service provided was excellent but product not worth the price tag for me.

New born baby, plus training, plus healthy eating plus studying and continued self improvement, coupled with lack of sleep = Higher HR, Lower HRV, higher BP, high Stress scores and lower body battery/readiness scores.

Unless you supplement with ZAAG, tied everything after a 4 month downward trend in all health metrics. After 2 weeks on starter pack every single stat on oura/Garmin now states "optimal" and feel fantastic. Have singed up for the 6 month package. Have recommend to friends and family also. Great product!

Essential. Great for daily use, especially good on business trips, post event recovery and day to day progress

The product is absolutely first class and the owner replies really quickly on Insta. PB’s and clear clean energy, couldn’t ask for more. Really glad I’ve found it. Glad it exists! A product for athletes - you get the combo of health benefits like you would with vitamins or healthy fats but also the performance boost that you would from sports products so it’s a great all in one product. Hope they don’t remove the informed sport testing.

I was fast approaching burn out and decided to give this product a try.
After only three days I can feel a massive difference. My mind feels sharp yet extremely calm. Sleep has been amazing, I’m getting really deep sleep and waking up alert and well rested.

I love that this company emails and guides you through each day, with tips and information about how you could be feeling and what the product does.
It’s the first time I’ve actually felt empowered and knowledgeable about what I’m taking.

I’m going to try Zaag before my workout tomorrow and see what difference it makes

over 2 months in trying Zagg, and my training volume increased now to 50/60 miles per week. Im finding I have less fatigue and HRV is staying steady. I have UTMB at the end of August so will review again.

Has made a big difference to recovery and performance. I have achieved PRs in all running distances from 400m up to half marathon and also some PRs on cycling power outputs. Sleep quality and HRV have improved despite an increase in exercise load and intensity. Would recommend this to anyone.

Great stuff and could replace everything else I take which is way too much.

Zaag is a product that is very hard to put in words to describe the full experience, and the only way to experience the promises outlined is to go on the same 2 week to 6 month journey I have.

I was referred by my coach, robstubbspt, after speaking to him and listening to the podcast they did with the founder (Adam) and I haven't looked back and all other vitamins have been pushed to the back of the shelf.

Not only am I seeing an improvement in my physical activity, both at the gym and playing rugby, but also my focus throughout the day in my demanding day to day life.

This could only be possible by the on hand support Adam provides, yes the founder, on discussing the amount to be taken and timings based on your situation. Adam adds a very personal touch to this brand by sending the whatsapp messages from him along with voice notes if the question deserves a more qualified answer.

Zaag has now become a staple supplement in my daily routine, and I look forward to continuing to support this brands journey.

I started with the 2 week trial, I reached out to Zaag for some advice as I wanted to improve my sleep and hrv which I track daily on my Whoop fitness tracker and Adam responded to my message within 10 minutes. He went through my Whoop data, all the other supplements and vitamins I was taking and sent it to his nutritionist and came back with recommendations on what to keep taking along side with Zaag and which to ditch. He checked back in with me a few days later. We have had many conversations and his help/advice and customer service is outstanding, he really cares that his product works for you and will improve your health/lifestyle. I have just started the one time purchase (6 months) and can't wait to see the results I receive in my sleep and fitness over the next few months and then I am having surgery so I'm excited to see how my sleep/hrv and especially my recovery is during this time. I highly recommend Zaag as a supplement but I also highly recommend Zaag as a company/brand. I will do another update at the end of the 6 months.

These little sachets of goodness help you to quickly redress this balance. Learned about these via the PH Nutrition podcast and have not looked back since!

I’m now on a 6-month plan with these and as when I did a two-week trial effects were noticeable after about a week to 10 days.. I’m sleeping better, less driven by cravings and DOMS are having far less impact. now…. Let’s be honest and like Zaag, I’m not going to sugar coat it (and this is a good thing) …the taste does take a little getting used to! However after a few days you strangely look forward to it and I’m looking forward to seeing how these help over 6 months!

Between doing the trial and starting the six month programme I had a few questions and the team at Zaag were more than happy to answer them.. never had such engagement from a supplements brand - a really positive experience!

Rapid delivery, fantastic customer service, and great product.

By the end of the two week trial period I could feel a big difference. It was easy to get into the habit of taking the supplement because of the conveniently sized box that fits easily in the fridge.
Just the price of the 6 months worth is making me hesitate. Great supplement though, definitely worth trying.

Apart from the taste (which I’ve got used to after 2 weeks) I have found ZAAG a great addition to my morning routine. I am sleeping well (8+ hours compared to 6 hours in previous months) and my whoop recoveries are better. Recommend giving it a go!
