It’s now 2 weeks since placing the order and I’m still waiting for one of the two items. The delivery system Royal Mail needs a shake up. First parcel took 8 days and 2nd parcel had to be re sent as it was presumed lost. I also had to contact customer service twice as the first message was missed. Not a good experience all round

I ordered some cookie making sets to put in goodie bags, I had them personalised, they arrived quickly and were fabulous. Highly recommended

Sam gave excellent after sales service. He was so accommodating with my questions & couldn’t have been more helpful. I wasn’t sure if I would receive the gift before Christmas, delivery date was clearly stated, but I was delighted it did arrive. It’s a gorgeous piece of wood, almost too beautiful to chop on. Thank you so much. I will be recommending him & Yumbles to all of my friends & family.

I haven't even received the parcel yet and it was meant as a gift. It has been paid for.
I won't be buying from Yumbles again.

The product sent was a get well gift and thoroughly enjoyed . Annoyingly the accompanying message was blank and consequently the re isn’t had mo idea who’d sent it .
It was only a few days after the planned delivery date did I ring to see if it had arrived that they realised it was from me .

Great delicious cakes, delivered speedily so were beautifully fresh. Would most definitely recommend and will be ordering some more soon.

I realised within a minute that I had put the wrong delivery address on the order. Even though I contacted the company immediately was told it was too late. I then had to order again for delivery to the correct address. Second more concerning was although I ordered a specific delivery date both orders were dispatched immediately by the company. Again on contacting after the first order they did not ensure that the delivery date was met. This resulted in my birthday gift arriving 3 weeks early. I will not use this company again

I was blown away at the quality and taste of the gluten free sourdough bagels I received. The cinnamon & raisin flavour is superb, the texture outstanding. I liked the amount of choice of products available, the website itself and the service. Highly recommended.

I specifically asked for the delivery to happen on a particular day and this didn’t happen.. it was delivered a week early nd spoiled a big surprise .

Cake did not arrive in time as. At 30th January still not arrived very disappointing for donor and recipient

I ordred an assortment of nut butters for a gift for my pal. She loved them.

There was a glitch with delivery because I assumed the postcode was only her residence...but it was quickly fixed.

Ordered goods as a birthday present with delivery advised around 20th Jan. Still not received goods by 28th. Spoke to supplier on few occasions and they were very helpful and apologetic - apparently haulier had problems. Ended up cancelling order so I could give recipient something else. No grief with supplier - these things happen.

Exquisite cakes so fresh and yummy .they are just amazeing .worth every penny .look-forward to my next batch .

The gift was selected to be delivered on my chosen date 28th Jan for a birthday surprise, but was instead delivered over 2 weeks earlier - not at all what I wanted
