Pretty

I bought them for my bathroom and they look nice.They are real crystal, not plastic,so they weigh a little bit and look neat

If I could rate it zero stars I would

If I could rate it zero stars I would. I don’t even know where to start. It took 2 months to receive the cheap chandlier. It was advertised as a ceramic light fixture but what I received is PLASTIC ! This is the ugliest light fixture I have ever seen and these people should be out of business.

Our chandeliers are crafted based on the specifications listed at the time of purchase. If there is any discrepancy between what was advertised and what you received, we take that very seriously and would like to investigate immediately.

Your order was a made-to-order piece, which typically involves a production period before shipping. That said, we understand how frustrating delays can be, and we apologize if the timeline was not communicated clearly enough.

I received a cheap knock off from China

I received an item that had frayed wiring and the fixture was not the same quality as the one I had received from another vendor. This was a cheap knockoff of the same fixture I ordered from another company. The fixture sent was missing several parts. Once I complained the company ghosted me.

If you did not receive a response, it’s likely that your message did not reach us or was filtered. We always respond to after-sales inquiries and support our customers through resolution.

Regarding the product:
What you described (frayed wiring and missing parts) is not acceptable and does not reflect our quality standards. Every fixture is inspected before shipment, so we would like to investigate what may have gone wrong in this case.
