You Spot Property Anmeldelser

Wasn't sure if I would receive a reply, but after seeing the advert on Television I decided to send details of a property in my village. I was so surprised to receive my Mand S voucher, I think it is a good idea to develop abandoned homes.

I saw this company advertised on TV and reported two properties on my street. One met the criteria and I have just received my £20 Amazon voucher! It worked exactly as they said it would. I sent them the address of the empty properties and photographs. My email was acknowledged and some weeks later I received the voucher.
Highly recommended.

Unable to open the link for the voucher so it’s pointless sending one!

I had a fantastic experience with YouSpotProperty! It's a brilliant concept that benefits everyone. I reported a derelict property in my neighborhood, and the process was incredibly straightforward. I received a £20 voucher as a thank you, which was a nice surprise. More importantly, I love that they're bringing empty homes back into use and contributing to the community. It's a win-win! I highly recommend YouSpotProperty to anyone looking to make a difference and potentially earn a reward

Not well run, poor communication, have given up on them.

This worked exactly as they said it would. It’s the first time I’d dealt with You Spot Property, so had no idea what to expect. I was amazed at how efficient they were. I sent them the address of the empty property and pics. They came back to me for clarification. Then they sent the voucher. It was all very quick. I am impressed and will pass more info to them as I come across it.

A neighbouring property had been stood empty for the last five years, reported and was pleased to receive my £20 Amazon vouchers. Here's to hoping for new neighbours.

Amazing service and an essential service to the UK housing crisis. More people should know and use this service.

Saw this company advertise on TV, regularly pass a very rundown property whilst walking my dog. Sent the details to You Spot Property, they were great at responding and sending a gift voucher.
I really hope they manage to acquire this property and develop it into the beautiful family home that it should be

Great initiative to have, I’ve been fortunate to of found a few properties whilst out walking my dogs. Love the idea and enjoy searching my town for empty and neglected properties to be brought back into use

A property very close to me has been empty for some time. It is becoming derelict and an eye-sore. It seems such a waste, so I reported it to 'You Spot Property', after reading a news item about them. They contacted me to say the news item had generated lots of interest, so there may be some delay before they'd be in touch again. After around a month, they emailed me, and I provided further information. I received notice that my report qualified for a reward, earlier this month. Today, I received an M&S voucher for £20. I saw this as an opportunity to stop a house being needlessly ruined, and to give people an opportunity to live in the house. The voucher was a great bonus and perhaps if the 'You Spot' team are successful, everyone will be a winner, including me!

This seemly odd idea makes sense when you think about it... asking the public to report empty properties so they can be bought back in to use. And the £20 reward vouchers is genuine too. I reported 2 properties, one met the criteria and I have just received my voucher.

Was a bit sceptical at first whether this was genuine but I had no reason to be. I sent details of a property I spotted and I received an email saying it was one they are interested in and I would receive my £20 Marks and Spencers voucher within a few weeks. Today I received it. Just hope they end up purchasing the property i spotted now to receive 1% of the purchase price. Give them a try, you got nothing to lose!!!

I saw an advert for this company and decided to report a property on my street that had been empty for several years - what a waste! They came back a while later to confirm that it met their requirements and I've just cashed in my £20 voucher!

The reward of a £20 voucher is genuine. I spotted a derelict house on my road and after a little wait, the house was verified as meeting the requirements and I was duly sent a £20 Amazon voucher. Hoping of course that a deal is struck to purchase the property when an even bigger reward might come my way.

I'm very happy with my experience with You Spot Property. It's a fun hobby for someone who likes to walk a lot! They are quick to respond, and I just received my first £20 Amazon voucher for spotting a potentially empty property. Hopefully there'll be more to come.

Excellent experience. Good communication and thank you for the voucher. Looking forward to hopefully hearing the property sells!

Brilliant idea fits in perfectly with my line of work. My job takes me to many properties all over the county, sometimes to neglected buildings. I was casually reading Martin Lewis’ website money saving expert.com and bumped into You Spot Property. So, gave it a try, so simple and quick, probably 2 minutes to send photo, address details and some notes. Forgot all about it, came across a few more properties, did the same. Eventually got some rejection emails before getting some Amazon vouchers. Not bad, worth the few minutes as I was passing. Then this week, a phone call and a couple of emails later a couple of thousand quid as they’ve bought one of my spots. Win win win, property gets lived in, nice. To be honest, from
What I’ve seen, there could be a You Spot Mansions as well, no joke. Anyway, no skin off my nose, I’ll keep spotting.

Reported an empty property, voucher arrived a few months later. Just a few photos and information needed and you’re done.

Spotted a property on the street next to mine and sent it in. I was politely emailed saying that due to a huge influx of spotted properties it might be a while for them to verify it. I got an email a few weeks later saying the property had been verified and today I received my £20 voucher. Pleasant experience from the beginning and looking forward to hearing whether they have been successful in purchasing the property!
