It is sad to see an empty house and came across you spot property by chance. I have just received my £20 and am pleasantly surprised. I hope these homes get a new lease of life.

I was told by a friend about this scheme as we were walking past a derelict house on my road, I was very sceptical but it’s all true!! I just received my Amazon voucher, I’m over the moon! Ultimately we will benefit as well as this may help the house to be sold and look nicer for the whole street! I’m made up!

Dealing with YouSpotProperty was simple & straightforward. You use their solicitors which they pay for, so win-win. However, if they offer their sub-contractor to move you, also at their cost, refuse. They supplied the packing boxes late, ignored the This Way Up arrows, so there were breakages, used the packing boxes to hold doors open, which led to more breakages, & had to be reminded that some items were left in their van. Emailing them about the breakages was ignored.
