Like 80% of the other reviewers, this is a terrible service. I only purchased the product i did because of the reward. If this company thinks it can get away with blocking every transaction because they are all "suspicous" then, I guess, I will have to put in a formal complaint and then in 8 weeks take it up with the financial ombudsman. There are rules and regulations that are legally binding to protect consumers - I have time to spare and will happily report, 3, giftcloud and this place seeing as they are all in cahoots with each other. If everyone did there wouldn't be money in operating this way. But most people dont have time to chase up fraudsters.

Should be 0 stars. I got a gift card and they have declined every payment since. I’ve been talking with their agents and they are completely useless

Received a Virtual card through Sky offer (£75). contacted this company through their live chat after multiple transactions had failed. They gave me multiple steps to follow next - none of which worked and were a waste of time including sending me a link to the terms and conditions of the card - the link was blank. Absolute waste of time.

Avoid - if you have the choice of another gift type take it.
They decline transactions for the sake of it and then when one is authorised but doesn’t confirm with the merchant they are useless and basically it’s not their problem.

The support team was useless and just copy pasted the same message they send to everyone. The card kept declining even though I made sure all details were correct, including capital letters

In the end, I added the card to my PayPal account and then had to use PayPal to pay on the online retailer's website. Very roundabout way to do it and very bad experience with them

I don't think I can add much that hasn't already said. If the system doesn't work, there's no way to fix it. You can't talk to a real person to resolve the issue. I got bounced between Giftcloud and YourRewardPass. Neither could help. Still don't have my card more than 6 months later.

Completely untrustworthy. I thought getting vouchers using "My Money Supermarket" rewards would be safe, but I feel like they have stolen my £40 and will no longer trust Money Saving Expert or My Money Supermarket.

This card didn't work for any online shop I wanted to use it for. I followed the advice in other reviews and although buying a one4all gift card directly from the website didn't work. However, I did add the card to my Amazon account and buy a one4all gift card from there and it worked (you don't have to buy an Amazon gift card!). At least now I can use it at a supermarket. Very long, drawn out process.

My friend transferred her next reward points to gbp reward pass but she didn't get any emails or login credentials. What should she do now?

I thought mine was a scam until I checked a few online forums - their systems seem to put your name in UPPER CASE which means you have to enter your name in capitals when using the card online.

It works adding it to your Amazon account then buying a gift card with it (just did it 👌)

Didn't work anywhere, but here's what worked for me:
On Amazon add a new payment card, enter in the billing name and address exactly as show on the reward pass website, case sensitive and all.

Buy a e-gift card for the exact value.

I got the email from Amazon, and it successfully added it to my account.

Absolute joke!

Basically, the only way I could use the pre-paid Mastercard, was to buy a digital Amazon giftcard for the exact amount.

Nothing else worked, but that did. So my advice would be to save yourself the hassle and just do that.

Worked perfectly! Got £50 from Three. Have just bought myself some new trainers on Decathlon. Easy as pie.

Received a £45 card in post for signing up to Sky, attempted to use it in Tesco for amount exceeding value (wanting to split payment) but card declined. Messaged online chat, Oswald, who was a great help. Bought Tesco gift card with it online for value of card which was processed straight away and worked! Thanks Your Reward Pass!
For anyone struggling to use it in store Id suggest buying a gift card instead

This is a total scam and Sky should be ashamed of themselves for being associated with this, using an incentive to get people to sign up for their broadband as opposed to other similarly priced contract. Do not be tempted as the prepaid Mastercard or other reward will be unlikely to work - save your time and patience!

Garbage card cannot use it on Apple pay or contactless. Useless piece of junk

Card keeps being declined, and reaching out to support does not resolve anything. They instead keep on saying things like "It appears the decline is caused from a risk strategy, designed to protect your card and ensure account security. Please note, I have submitted your account for review.", and once you retry after 24 hours the same issue happens.

Completely useless card. They don't let you spend the money anywhere with "Declined by security reasons" or some similar bullshit. Total waste.

What a piece of rubbish this card is. Literally spent days trying and failing to spend it anywhere. What's the point of a digital credit card if it's so hard to spend anywhere. Do yourself a favour an never order a digital credit card again. I finally managed to order a One4All digital gift card for the exact balance. You can use the gift card in a ton of places so should be able to make use of it but it shouldn't have been this hard. Avoid this company at all costs.

They sent me a token to get my Next rewards and it's never worked; I've sent multiple emails to customer service asking for a solution and the response is always the same, as it if were an automated response. I lost €69,00.
