Mijn ervaring met dit makelaarskantoor was teleurstellend.
Na schriftelijk contact over een appartement veranderden de voorwaarden plotseling zodra mijn bank de lening had goedgekeurd.
Toen ik daar vragen over stelde, werd gezegd dat het appartement “groter” was, maar de officiële online advertentie werd nooit aangepast.
Dit kwam op mij onprofessioneel en niet transparant over, waardoor ik het vertrouwen in hun werkwijze ben verloren.

I can’t praise Chris enough for the superb service he gave when I was looking for my new apartment. From our first conversation where I gave him my search criteria, he arranged a day of viewings, and due to him sticking to my requirements (something many agents fail to do) I was able to find my dream apartment on the first day. Another, huge plus was his door to door service on the day of my viewings. Then throughout the process he was available and answered any questions I had. Finally on the day of completion he was available for any issues and to give advice where necessary.

We placed our villa on the market with Your Property Concept and we were surprised and delighted that we began to receive viewings immediately!!
