Excellent Service!
We connected with Your Overseas Home as we want to move to Spain or Portugal. We had a call from Sandy and what a breath of fresh air!! She is full of information and offered some that we didn't even think of, making the move more palatable. Within minutes, she had calmed our fears and arranged calls with relevant people. Great informative explanation in the process of buying in Spain.
From the outset there was a clear starting plan describing how to go about preparing a visit to the country and veryfy the available possibilities to engage with the people in the know, the professional registered agent, lawyers etc. Preparation is Key, followed by regulations, rules, reservation, navigating from start to finish. Very good informative video.

Very knowledgeable host and presenter. The buying process was well explained. However, I think the presentation should include budgets and affordability. I mean, what is the down payment required and are there any bank loans available to foreigners. Also, a price range of properties with expected ROI compared to the rest of Europe would help make a better idea to investors.
