Super nice facilities that made everything easy for us. Highly recommend.

I rented an office space at 1800 JFK BLVD, last year 2024, I moved out 3/2025. I'm still waiting for my money that was supposed to be refunded to me 90 days once my contract ended. I would not advise anyone to rent from them, Linda Garvey who is the manager is full of excuses to why I have not received my money.

The facility is updated with good technology and the staff maintains a very clean and professional appearance. More specifically, Lynda, JC, and Beth make all the tenants feel like clients, not an inconvenience. Before deciding on YourOffice, I visited several other offices in the area and there was no comparison. Other offices felt impersonal- YourOffice makes us truly feel like family. I have made it a point to comment on how good the environment and service is every time I see a prospective tenant visiting because my experience has been so positive. Finally, I'm not sure if they screen for this intentionally, but the other tenants all seem like good people- friendly, collegial, and polite. People pick up their trash, clean off the lunch table when they're finished, and generally have respect for the office space overall. I highly recommend this space and the management and staff.

We are tenants at Your Office Lake Mary and it is an exceptional place to lease. The building is beautiful and all the amenities are first class. The Management Staff at every level are highly professional and go above and beyond to meet their tenant needs and expectations. Every detail has already been considered before you even walk in the door! This is a truly welcoming and great place to lease. P.S. The snacks and treats are another bonus!

Lynda and her staff are friendly, professional & considerate. The office and common areas are beautiful and spotless.
We enjoy the delicious, thoughtful treats and fancy coffee maker.
We looked at several other shared office space and nothing compared.

I have only been in the Ballantyne YourOffice for about 3 months but to date the experience has been nothing but exceptional! The staff has been extremely professional and helpful in every way.
When I first moved in I had some connection issues with cloud based copier/scanner and had major difficulties getting to operate correctly. After many attempts I finally asked for assistance from one of the administrators. They stopped what they were doing and a couple of hours trouble shooting both of our systems and got me connected and operational.
The office environment is top notch and the facility is very upscale and professional. I regularly travel for my business but when required I thoroughly enjoy coming in to this office.
I will offer a high recommendation to anyone considering using YourOffice.

Heather, Stephanie, Lisa are just amazing. The moment you step out of the elevator, they make you feel welcomed. We now have had an office here for over 6 months and the service level is just amazing. They treat everyone with respect and there is just a great vibe all around. Great place to be and network.

Best office experience ever! I joined a law firm in 2023 at YourOffice-Lake Mary location. The building is great, but what makes the true experience is the team. Lynda, Beth and Jclynn are the best I’ve ever worked with. Always professional, pleasant and friendly. They each have specific tasks, but work so nicely as a team. If you are looking for a 5 STAR office experience, then this is your place! High recommend!

I have been with Your Office since I started my company, Transition With Care, 15 year ago. The staff is extremely responsive and helpful and go above and beyond to make sure have what you need. They really care about your daily expereince. The lobby and break area are always clean and stocked with yummy refreshments for that much needed morning or afternoon break-time. They have several conference rooms available that are great for large or small scale presentations. My clients and team benefit from all the amenities and help offered. Great spot to work, network and and socialize with other companies and business owners too!
