Never let's me down, always delivers a great service, Joshua does a great job of cleaning my windows

Text to say windows will get first clean next day. I left my back gate open so they had full access. They come and only cleaned my front windows and was charged full price. I called the office told them only my front windows were cleaned and were all water marked. So the next day they sent a window cleaner to re-clean them and do the back of my property. The windows all dried water marked, even the front was still water marked. I was told that they can dry water marked on the 1st clean until they get to standard but my front had now been done twice and still dirty. Cancelled the account as this was not a good start, wouldn't waste your time.

Despicable company. Signed me up to they website citing I was in control. Despite having not requested a clean, I had someone come out to clean twice! Uninvited. Sunday morning I heard someone at the front window. By the time I got downstairs the van was pulling away, having washed one window in 3 minutes. Minutes later I was charged £9.60! I tried to ring company to explain I hadn't requested clean. No answer. I sent an email. No answer. I've cancelled my bank card, as even today they are trying to take money from account. Absolute Scam Artists. Beware!

The gent who came to the door was lovely, explain everything clearly etc.

However I tried to cancel my window clean, had so many issues with logging in and the website in general.
Have now been charged £9 yet my windows are still dirty. Have tried to contact them but no reply yet.

I cancelled your service in 2024. Windows were never cleaned properly. I only knew you had been because you put a card in letter box. My neighbour got you on camera at my property for 6 mins you just sprayed some water at the windows. You have since cleaned my windows without my permission.on 2 or 3 occasions I have not been a customer since 2024. Then you repeatedly send me bills. In spite of me phoning you on 3 occasions and being assured you would remove my data from your files, you continue to harass me with demands for payment. Shocking company.

I was first contacted in person on 1st June to sign up. I was told I would be able to create an online account to manage my service but I followed the instructions and it was not possible to do this. On 9th June, I was told my first clean would happen on 10th June and to make sure I left all the windows accessible. For me this month, leaving my back gate open all day. The cleaner never came and there was no communication. On 21st June, I received another text saying my first clean would happen on 22nd June. The cleaner came today and did a very suboptimal job. They very quickly used a brush to clean my windows and let them dripping. With soap. All my windows were streaked, with one with visible bird poo on it. I’ve had to clean my windows myself afterwards (the ones I can reach). All I receive are text messages I can’t reply to as I’m not talking to the cleaner directly. Don’t bother with this.

Makes a very good job of my windows, Also have had all the white cleaned around the outside
And they have made a great job of it.

I have requested to cancel this service on the 18th June 2026 by email as the website account has no option to stop the service and I've been having issues regularly. Immediately, I received a reply with a case reference number and a message stating a customer service representative would contact me. Today, Your Local have taken out £10.80 even though no one has come to clean the windows past few days. The service isn't consistent, I've had several issues since starting with you guys. Please can someone help me cancel this service permanently? I am unsure why the amount was £10.80 when it is usually £18. The e-receipt states my window cleaner today... Today? No one's come today.

Joshua always looks after our property when he comes to clean the windows. Always friendly and always calls & messages ahead to let me know when he’s on his way. He always does a fantastic job on The windows, doors & sills. Thanks Joshua :)

Our 3rd clean was supposed to be yesterday. We received a text reminder the day before. I was working from home and no one came. Despite this, we received an invoice stating that the payment had been taken. I emailed complaining but received no response. I rang today but the number just rings and rings. I have therefore contacted my bank and put a stop to any further payments.

To be honest, I wasn't thrilled with the job done previously but to be charged and receive an invoice with the time the windows were cleaned and the name of the cleaner is just straight up fraud or incompetence. Avoid
