Amazing service
Amazing service. They didn't have what I ordered in stock, Riss sent me a message to let me know. Order arrived when expected. Love the little bag each bracelet came in and the little affirmations with them. When I am after some new ones I will be back.

Apart from it being a beautiful piece of jewellery it was the attention to detail that made it special for me. A lovely pouch to put the bracelet in as well as some beautiful positivity cards- A timely reminder for the power of intention and manifesting all is that we want in our lives. Thank you!

My order still has not arrived
My order still has not arrived & it was ordered on the 30/4/24 which is nearly double what your site says for delivery. I am not very happy as this was a birthday gift for my niece so now it is a belated gift. Sue

Hi Sue. We’re so sorry for the delay in your delivery and that it didn’t make it on time. Quick delivery is very important to us and as a small business we do our very best to get orders out as quick as possible, as you would have noticed from my email we did dispatch your order the very next day.
The times on our website are a guide & most of our orders arrive in just a few days but unfortunately delivery delays do occur and it’s fully out of our control. As your delivery is still within the time frame given by the couriers we can’t lodge a late parcel investigation. Your order should be arriving within a few days and by the 13th May.

Disappointing
I was very disappointed with my recent order. The bracelets were very small, however the worse was the elastic on some of the bracelets was bright pink for the cost of the bracelets I would expect more. ☹️
Delivery and packaging was very good.

Thank you for your feebback. We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the sizing and color of the elastic on some of the bracelets in your recent order.
Regarding the size, we understand that having only one size available might not cater to everyone's needs. We do have all our information on sizing clearly stated on our website to help with ordering. We're hoping to be able to offer various sizes in the future.
As for the elastic, we use extra-strong string in various colors to complement the crystals. While we've previously experimented with clear string, we found it to be less durable. However, we understand that the bright pink elastic may not have been to your liking. Generally the elastic should not really show….this does indicate the bracelet may be the wrong size for you as you did mention.

This company is a nightmare to deal with!!! I ordered from them over 2 weeks ago, I’ve not received my merchandise and I have made so many attempts to contact them but they do not answer back. I saw other comments from other customers on their Instagram page who are also having same problems. I’ve put a dispute in to get my money back and contacted Fair Trading.

Very pleased
Very pleased with all aspects.
Sent an general comment email that was promptly replied to , and done so in a personal manner, when I wasn't looking for/expecting a reply.
May have missed it on the website, however, size is a small issue - bracelet a bit tight. While the one I got in Nepal seems to have fake beads, it's plus is an adjustable macrame string. Felt I couldn't give a perfect 5 stars.

Perfect just a tad small
These are beautiful bracelets and just what I was looking for. The quality is amazing. The only downside is I have large wrists so they are too small however I'm going to find a way to wear them.

QUITE HAPPY
Quite happy with the Amethyst bracelet. But unfortunately the Pink Opal feels and sounds very clunky, as if only plastic.
