Your Apartment Anmeldelser

My husband and myself stayed here in a one bedroom apartment for two nights this weeks. The apartment was spotless and extremely well equipped. The beds are so comfortable and the overall stay was perfect. The location is great too with lots of shops and cafes literally on the same street. We will certainly stay here again.

Stylish and very well presented apartment, all in very good condition and working order, exactly as shown in the photos. Wonderfully comfortable bed and very quiet nights - so slept really well. Great location and communication - would stay again.

This apartment is perfect for a group of 4+ individuals. It was clean, tidy and properly setup with all amenities including new appliances in pristine condition, basic toiletries, TV and furniture. We just had to buy groceries (Lidl is a stone's throw away). The only downside is that it is located on the main road, so it's a bit noisy 24x7 because of police and ambulance sirens.

A great option for a short-term stay, especially if you're in Bristol for business and want to stay in Clifton. Communication and check-in were smooth and hassle-free. The price is fair for the location and comfort provided.

I have stayed here several times and in multiple rooms. The staff and customer services is second to none. The kitchen and laundry room is very clean. You can use it for free. The free WiFi is very fast. The location is excellent. Close to the underground and lots of lovely places to eat. The other guests are very pleasant.

The most comfortable and welcoming place to stay. With all the City attractions and shopping close by.

Central to Clifton, excellent comms and updates from the staff in accommodating specific requests. Clean, comfortable and modern. Can't ask for anything more!

Ease of booking. Great communication. Clean, spacious and surprisingly quiet. Will stay again.

If there is ever an issue it is not resolved in a timely manner. God forbid you have an issue accessing your apartment. They don't answer phones in the evenings etc. I was staying at the Brixton location and the front door was broken so you couldn't get out. I had to climb over rubbish to get out of the building for two days and they didn't seem to care. They only fixed it after I said I would report it as a fire safety issue. I have stayed at some of the other locations- Camden the heater wasn't working and it was freezing cold in there but it wasn't fixed. Light wasn't working in one location and it wasn't fixed after they said they would fix it. Generally they are nice and good value but lack of urgency can be annoying and also put you at risk.

Superb apartement for the 4 days we stayed. Nice bedrooms with TV! really nice and clean bathrooms, yes 2 of them! All the equipment in the kitchen worked as well, got an online manual for all the goodies. Minor thing is the loudness from the street but it's a 4 lane road so thats to be expected. Furthermore the booking and contact was not of this earth, within minutes you got a reaction for you're needs.

The apartments are in a great location near to all the Clifton Village amenities. Bus stop to city centre if required. Car parking for 4 cars only, so on a first come basis. Tesco Express 40 meters away for any provisions needed. Access by codes sent to you, worked very easily. All you need in the kitchen area including microwave, fridge and kettle etc. Good hot shower. Some road noise if you need windows open. We stayed 3 days but ideal if working in Bristol for longer as also a desk room you can use for laptops etc. We will use again.

My overall experience was great!
I would highly recommend to friends & family
Great location
Great apartment

The experience it was very nice
The room it was clean
The location great near Camden time station

This is really a good place. Oke, perhaps it's not cheap, but it's worth it!

Everything was clean, and we had more than enough room for our family (parents + two teenagers).

Quiet neighborhood and still in the heart of the city.

Highly recommended!

Great location and reasonably priced.
Very easy and secure check in/check out. good facilities and very clean. The cherry on top was the kitchenette area which had everything you could need.

I will 100% be staying there again.

This modern apartment was well equipped and very clean. It is in a great location near the waterfront and handy for eating places and bakery. Good, clear communication with the owners.

The standard and cleanliness of this apartment were the first thing that stood out.

Whilst the location was perfect for our requirement it is very quiet for a busy London location.

Communication is very good from the moment you book.

We will definitely book again and will look at other locations through this company.

Everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Great location with easy access. Warm and comfortable with great facilities.

Beautiful apartment in a fabulous location. Comfortable, quiet and it included everything we needed for our stay. Great customer service and simple check in. We will definitely be coming back again!

During my stay I encountered a bedbug infestation. Communication from the stay was very poor and there was no initiative shown in searching for a solution.
