I ordered a beginners Bonsai & tools set for my son's birthday through ebay. I contacted Yorkshire Bonsai to enquire when to expect delivery, I received an email from Eve same day explaining there had been an issue with them receiving the order & unfortunately the type of Bonsai I ordered was no longer in stock. Eve was very apologetic & reassuring & asked what it was that I liked about that particular Bonsai i.e shape & canopy & offered to select me a close equivalent & she would make sure it would be delivered in time. The Bonsai arrived within 48hrs, all items were securely packaged, the tree was supported by sturdy ties, the soil was still moist covered by clingfilm, the tree was in great condition & higher value than the one I had ordered. I would not hesitate to purchase from Yorkshire Bonsai again, it is obvious they care about their products & customer relations.

Bought months ago.. not gonna lie thought id been scammed.. leaves yellowing thought it was dying left a bad trustpilot review but boy was i wrong.it has now been ammended. apologies about that.. trimmed it a couple of times and thrives in sunlight.. just some tlc is all it needed plus probably stressed from moving from you to me

Absolutely excellent quality tree and the care taken with the packaging was exceptional. It didn’t even drop a pine needle during transit.

Amazing! I ordered a Brush Cherry and Buddhist Pine for my husband’s birthday and the little bonsai trees are so beautiful! You can tell they have been nurtured with love and care- they are such soulful happy trees- they make us smile. Recently purchased a Chinese Pepper online. Was in super condition and securely packed for transit. It arrived on the delivery date I requested and am thoroughly happy with the tree. Would recommend this company

Absolutely amazing. The packaging is superb plants are very well packed and protected. You get fantastic information about caring for your plants.

Pot is chipped in two places and tray is cracked. As pot was reduced no option to return. Apparently the small print says this is acceptable. Beware.

I ordered my boyfriend their Chinese Elm (Ulmus Parvifolia) Bonsai Tree, and it’s a lovely size, perfect for his window sill to allow the most sunlight. It was packaged beautifully, and completely tied down to the box, and when it was delivered it was in perfect condition. Would buy again, Great service and fast delivery.

I called the other day for advice in caring properly for my 10 year old Chinese Elm, a beautiful tree made all the more important as was a most thoughtful gift made to me by my wife.

Turns out that I'm not going far wrong, but I was really fortunate to speak with Paul who was so thoughtful, understanding and generous with his time and knowledge, and who gave me the tweaks I need to make in order to let the tree be at it's best.

In the modern day, it's really refreshing to get such passionate and tailored customer care direct from the experts, and without negotiating forms, chat bots and endless wait times.

I'm much more confident now in caring for my Bonsai and keeping it in the fine shape it arrived in from such a wonderful company.

Very very happy with my new Bonsai pot. Arrived an hour ago, well packaged and now my oak tree - which I grew from seed, has now been moved into a bigger pot. Highly recommended company. 👍🏼

Can't fault anything from Yorkshire Bonsai. Unlike bonsai direct.

The Chinese pepper tree arrived very quickly, well packed & secure. The compost was still damp.
After a couple of weeks it is healthy in its nice bonsai pot that it was despatched in .
