YooTheme helped me fix my website after I could not figure out how to correct my mistake.

Great custom themes, great custom products, great support, great company!

Did have issues creating a multi lingual menu with the Pro Builder, Documentation is very clear but didn't help me on this issue, the support desk did a great job.

I was a complete beginner, but the support staff has always been very helpful and detailed.
I am still in the process of getting support, but thanks to the support staff, I have mastered the use of the software to some extent.

Once you get the gist of it, it is definitely an easy-to-use builder.

It is lightweight and smooth, and when problems arise, they are almost never caused by this builder.
It is easy if you understand the UIKIT3 CSS framework.

If I had to say something, I would say that there are not enough explanations of each menu item and examples of layouts tied to it, so if you could add more of those, even beginners can use it without support.
