Laurent is a very experienced and knowledgable teacher. I enrolled onto the breath work and pranayama course with little experience and left feeling confident and motivated.
He is very patient and open minded to individual approaches, perceptions and experiences.
The course is full of useful advice and tools to add onto my practices both with clients and on a personal level.

Since finding Laurent’s yoga class many years ago (after trying out others in London that were more like aerobic gym) I’ve not looked elsewhere. His practice fosters careful attention to every part of us, mind as well as body. Since I’ve moved away from London I now attend his classes online whenever I can - always grateful for that moment to reconnect.

Laurent is an amazing teacher, his classes are always interesting and insightful. I love the way he focuses on the importance of listening to your body and how a position feels rather than looks, emphasising that we are all different.
I've been lucky enough to be a student of Laurent's for 10 years and his teaching is always evolving, so I keep learning too. His easy manner and inclusivity makes his classes so enjoyable.

I had a few private and group sessions with Laurent. It was always a fantastic experience. I was genuinely surprised at this attention to detail. He is able to spot even the smallest difference in how you perform the different Yoga poses. Highly recommended!

Laurent is a wonderful teacher and soul, I can feel that his practice is embodied which is so crucial for me when I go to any yoga class! Highly recommend.

Laurent has really mastered the art of yoga, I love his style of teaching, he is a very knowledgeable yogi. I really enjoy his mindful yoga and yoga nidra session, it gives me time out to relax after a stressful week.

Attended my first yoga retreat on the Isle of Wight with Laurent and it was sublime, from the location and food to the group and even the weather! He has set the bar extremely high and I will return for more retreats with Laurent.

Laurent’s gentle instruction makes progress seem effortless, I finally understand how to incorporate breathing into my yoga practice. Yet I learned this in a meditative state. Life changing experience which I will be forever thankful for.

Laurent's classes are my favourite. There is always a theme that Laurent explains and helps you develop your practice. I find it really hard to meditate, but the yoga nidra classes are the perfect combination of movement and relaxation. I feel very connected to my body and relaxed.

Laurent’s Pranayama and Meditation classes have made my shielding at home positively enjoyable during the last 6 months .

His expertise is matched only by his infectious enthusiasm for breathing ...
