Face HIIT .. The best Facial exercises for lifting and toning
Iv been working with Sadie for almost 4 months and I have never had the results that I do with face HIIT ,,Over the years I have tried many things, face yoga gua sha ,jade rollers, the list goes on but nothing compares to this type of facial exercise ,, Sadie talks you through each technique thoroughly making sure your doing it properly for the best results ..
