Not very impressed with the Yodeyma Returns Service at all
Not very impressed with Yodeyma.
I have used their fragrances on and off for years, and particularly like Kara.
This time I ordered 100ml Kara (No4), and 100ml plus 15ml of No6.
On arrival No6 has virtually no smell at all, and what it has doesn't last.
I've asked a couple friends who have confirmed it when they have tried it on. I think the No6 is faulty/incorrectly manufactured.
So far I have e-mailed to request a return, then called, as I didn't hear back.
I spoke to a lovely lady on the phone, who said I would hear about how I return the bottles, and that was a week ago.
Still nothing ...
I am very disappointed, as I expected better service from Yodeyma.
I delayed leaving this review for as long as possible, in the hope that Yodeyma would contact me as promised, to return my faulty fragrances.
In the meantime I wouldn't recommend purchasing No6 (Inspired by Giorgio Armani's Si) as it might be like the two I ordered - Scentless.

Haven’t received the item so can’t rate. DPD tell me it’s lost but you’ve told me it’s in their system and will get delay. Meantime I’m £40 worse off with no perfume ☹️

Great company great products but a little difficult to order bouncing between men’s & women's & sizes & now it’s changed to numbers instead of names Itl take a while before I get used to it as I had memorised all the names & then it changed.

Best dupes iv tried. Scent lingers throughout the day and forever complimented on the one I use which is number 8. By lancom est a la belle. Or pacco rabanne pure xs. Affordable 100ml bottles at half the price, and fast enough delivery.
