I received the package a day earlier than expected. It was professionally packed. I loved the dresses. They fit perfectly and the material is very soft and light. The print looks better when you have it on, i’m very happy with both of my dresses.

I saw their ad on FB, a really cute pair of shoes with the caption underneath the shoes that read "Buy one, get one free". I went to their site, and selected two pairs of shoes. When I went to check out, I discovered that it was NOT buy 1 get 1 free. I'm not sure what the deal was, but the ad was certainly misleading. I posted a comment on their page, but it mysteriously disappeared.
UPDATE 4/9/26. They contacted me and made it right. They honored the buy 1 get 1 free on the shoes as well. Very good customer service I'll admit. I hope they revise their ads though...

Very well marketed, grossly overpriced cheap Chinese stuff

Shopping was easy, the designs weere great and the shirts are well made.

A great company to deal with,very professional and friendly nothing is too much trouble always happy to help.
Products are superb and great quality all shirts l have purchased have been wonderful great looking and fun to wear

Sizes are not accurate for the USA market. Unlike some manufacturers based in Asia, where sizes run too small for US customers, they run too large--by a lot. If you order, be aware that the shirts fit afull size, size and a half larger than typical US sizing. Be aware.

The response time might take a little while, but the customer support I received from Amy was second to none. She handled my situation with attention and care, and worked very hard to make things right with my return and refund.

I was unhappy with the product due to the fabric and feel, and also the sizer felt large for me. It didn't fit right. While I am still not happy with the product itself (which is why I returned it). Their customer support handled the situation great. I was not nice about it either. Basically, I did not receive a refund for the return of my product and I was very upset -- but Amy worked with me right until the end to make sure I felt that I was treated fairly and resolved the situation perfectly.

I might even give the company a second chance at this point, but would purchase a different fabric shirt. I do believe that the shirts are drop shipped from China.... but I could be wrong. Either way, I would consider maybe trying them again at a later date. Kudos to Amy and Jenny in thew customer service department for dealing with me, and resolving my situation with incredible care and pateince.

I had a disappointing experience with Yiume. My order took a full month to arrive, despite a 12-day standard shipping window. When I followed up on day 18, customer service promised to ship my items "immediately via Express shipping." It still took another 13 days to reach me.
The product quality is equally poor. Out of the four shirts I ordered, only one is acceptable. The other three are low quality materials that I could have found elsewhere for less than half the price. Between the shipping delays, misleading promises, and subpar quality, I will not be shopping here again.

Twice I trusted them, they delivered better than expected. Once I had to return an item ( wrong size, my bad), they were more than helpful.

They deserve and I wish them all the best!

I love Yiume (by the way, how should I pronounce your name?) shirts. I can't stop buying them. Handy that they keep sending my discount codes and $$ to spend.
They are made with soft, easily washable nd iron able cotton and very comfortable. There is no time to talk about the millions of designs!

I've been a customer and bought 2 shirts from there, however I'm disgusted by their recent Black Friday sale. They say 80% off site-wide, but when you click the link, the website says up to 70% off selected items, then you find the majority of stock is only 10% or 20% off. Blatant lying and misinformation spread. I've lost all respect for this brand.

I actually ordered a wrong size for myself . So I contacted and see if I could ship it back and get a different size . A lady who was dealing with me was so kind . She checked the size and there was no proper size that fits me in stock . So she offered me that she could get customized it ( she asked me to measure myself properly ) . She was so helpful and kind and she trusted me all the way ( I did show her the receipt I had , the proof that I shipped it back ) etc . But she actually got new shirt getting ready even before I showed her the proof of returning item .
Anyway thank you so much for the help and getting me the right size !

Yiume has given me both terrific products and terrific service. The garments are crafted meticulously with gorgeous patterns, and wonderful details. The colors are so bright and crisp and the patterns are clearly developed by artists. Every time I wear a shirt in public, I always get comments on how people find it beautiful. And beyond that, the customer service is incredible. I mistakenly ordered the wrong size in my last order, and their return policy and service was easy, gracious, and free of cost. Highly recommended!

The material is soft and lined but not heavy. The colors are very pleasing. I purchased 3 dresses and am pleased with all.

Not only are these shirts beautifully made and designed, but the customer service is excellent! I was afraid they wouldn’t arrive in time for my husband’s birthday so they upgraded my order to express shipping. Wonderful and fast communication!

Not 100% Cotton. This company advertises "100% Cotton" Hawaiian aloha shirts. I purchased one and this is definitely not cotton. Material is very thin and has a sheen to it. Did the water test and a bead of water will sit on top of it for more than a minute.

They did refund most of the charges minus the shipping. Lost $9 because improperly advertised material. The company stands by that this is 100% cotton, this material does not act or look or feel like cotton in any way. I did not do a burn test because I wanted my money back.

I stumbled across Yiume whilst doooom scrolling, and enjoyed the wit and whimsy of their designs. Bought several shirts and have now moved on to linen trousers and shorts. Excellent quality, but what is really great is that on their sizing scale my adiposity is considered “small”..
Customer service responsive and banterful. I won’t feel so guilty about doom scrolling in the future.

I have 3 big problems with Yiume:
1) The difficulty of returning a product. They are deceptive in making it difficult and trying to give you a credit. (e.g. Just follow this easy 17 step process where we constantly try to trick you into saying you want credit.....)
2) Express shipping took 9 days, which is why I am returning the product. It arrived too late for the wedding. They say Express shipping should take 3-7 days. It took 6 days for FedEx to receive the product.........
3) Customer service is poor, doesn't acknowledge reality. It is either cheap AI customer service or poorly trained & squeezed customer service.
