I have been playing at yeticasino since quite some years. On the 1st of February i made a withdrawal and i was banned from the casino.

The customer support Mrs samantha told me that..i quote below:

Your deposit/withdrawal ratio in combination with the payment methods you use, are not sustainable is for us. Therefore, we closed your account (final decision by management). Your withdrawal was processed about 2 hours ago. Sorry for any inconvenience, and thanks for the time that you played at Yeti Casino.

There it means that you have to lose a certain amount that is profitable only to the casino.
I will strongly advise you to avoid this casino as when you start to win you get banned.

And when i asked for justification this is what samantha from customer support told me;
I quote below;

9. Yeticasino.com can decide to reject an application for an online casino Account, or close down an existing Account, at its own will and without any further justification.

Do not join this shoddy casino,I had to wait ages for my 50 euros to go in with free spins,the free spins were 0.04p a spin which wasn't stipulated but then the 50 euros lasted 6minutes with probably mabe 4 winlines out of over 100 spins of the reels

Yeti casino paid a few times and then one day decided they needed four different forms of identification from me , they have withheld withdrawal , once placed back to available balance I had requested a account closure they will still be keeping available balance funds although legit casinos will put available balance into customers account,
I informed them I do not own photo id or pay bills as living with parents and had suggested return deposit , that is also refused, if you 100% don't have identification don't play with this site because they will verify you until it suits them, I would also suggest any person's playing with these that they make sure they haven't sold your identity as they are asking for a suspicious amount of identification
Also usually casinos have people reaching out responses on their trustpilot account and as you can see this isn't the case with yeti

Avoid these scammers, they will do everything to keep your winning! Plus they really don’t care sbout safe gambling, there’s no tools at all for safe gambling, once you open an account with them, even if you are asking for self exclusion they won’t do it ! Absolutely SCAMMERS!

I should have really read these reviews first...
They have a promotion, free spins etc. for Book of Dead or Admiral Nelson.
I wanted to play Book of Dead but it won't open at all, keeps giving me Hardware Acceleration disabled. I enabled this and the same error comes on.
They say they have live chat or to contact them by email, none of these options are working on their website.

All these reviews are hilarious. My own experience is far from what is written below. My account has been active for years and it’s always been seamless with withdrawals. In fact the money is in my account within an hour. I’ve won ££££ with them and not once has it been withheld.

This company will not pay your winnings. Ive given all the documtation and still they wont pay .Its going to be the small claims court next for me.
Make sure you people dont make the mistake of using yeti casino cos they will not pay you.

Total scam allows you to deposit but point blank refuses to pay any winnings even they have all your bank details wish I had read these reviews before I got scammed again.It’s sites like yeti that get the industry a bad name. Avoid

I was allowed to deposit twice and play for an hour or so, until I won a bonus and then my account was locked before I got to play the bonus. They said it was related to my Gamstop registration, which is fair enough, but why can they take 2 x £100 deposits and then lock the account when the wins are coming in. Don't play at this casino, seem like a bunch of scammers to me, with really bad licencing, and they don't follow the rules

Super bad customer service, chats get closed if you don't reply in 5 seconds. They take the money right away but will take days to pay it and sometimes even that fails multiple times. Yeticasino keeps blaming trustly on this even if you don't use trustly and it works on other casinos. Avoid this scam site at all costs

I joined yeti casino and placed a bet on football at decent odds compared to other betting sites, I withdrew 1050 and played the remaining 50 on slots which won absolutely nothing! The day after withdrawal I was asked to verify the account which took about 30 minutes then waited another day for withdrawel to be processed, payment reached my account same day! I will definitely use again to place bets but would rather go elsewhere for casino.

Well my yeti casino experience started off well I had a 3,000 win no problem they paid this into the account i had registered and deposited with. However further down the line I changed my bank card I made 3 deposits and then tryed to withdraw but they want u to upload the bank card to prove its you even tho the name is the same...same address ect.In the meantime you carry on gambling the money you Would have cashed out. There absolute scammers in my opinion they make it awkward at any opportunity to stop you withdrawing your winnings. No other casino operates in this way.No thanks yeti I will be closing my account.

Won £1200 on this site after depositing a total of £600, dropped around £400 back in with loss after loss. Should learn my lesson ha

After I provided the requested proofs I was paid a decent sum of winnings within 10 mins.

Customer care team responded in time frames said and we're always polite.

Same issues here… very easy to deposit money and play but if you win they aren’t keen on paying out. Tried to withdraw via Apple Pay which was how I deposited the money initially. 24 hours later it was declined. I then had to provide passport & utility bill and tried to withdraw again as account was then verified. 48 hours later it was declined. I then had to submit a PDF of my bank statement showing the deposit to Yeti including the date which I submitted again. I then phoned them on several occasions as the account status kept switching from verified to not verified.
48 hours later account was verified again and funds were withdrawn. It took over a week and a load of hassle to withdraw £60

Wouldn't even let me have a £6.70 bonus because it had 'expired' yet proceeded to say I have 100 free games and then took the money.

I have only paid money in and after losing a few quid I self excluded myself permanently. After a month I constantly get emailed , phoned and text offering promotions to play . I thought this was illegal ?
