Wish I had read reviews beforehand. Please for your own sakes avoid this site!!! Thankfully I’m finally learning my lesson this is just another in a long line of sites that are in it to make a quick buck, and I’m sure they will make a pretty penny from it. The customer service received was beyond disgusting, spend money with them and the treat you like dirt. I was nothing but civilised and they were just complete ignorant. I can really understand why some chose to use expletives sometimes I really do.

I am a new player registered with Yeti last Sunday and deposited R155,00 into yeti via bank transfer. I did not make use of any bonus. With a huge luck after about and hour I won R5100,00 and decided to cash out. Then everything started. They asked me document, which is fine... but they wanted it first in PDF. Then they said no, they wanted it not photo-scanned but photographed. Then they accepted some and rejected others. Then they accepted what they rejected and rejected what they accepted. Then, when all documents was fine, they then asked for additional documents. It was becoming clear that they were giving me the run-around as I was a first time player and they did not want to honor the withdrawal. Now there are no correspondence from them. I guess my account will be closed shortly after this. Stay away. They are crooks!

what a joke these guys are.....registered got my 23 free spins....cut a long story short I worked my way upto nearly 3grand in bonus cash and after playing for a while went down to 2400 which then went into my cash balance so then I went to withdraw the person or robot I spoke to on chat said my account need to be verified to be able withdraw then next day it was declined n removed from my account.....they say it got removed cause my spins were over 5 pound which is against the bonus rules....am sorry but if goes into the cash balance shudnt it be mine

Wouldn't let me withdraw when winning £40k. Asked me for about 8 documents and then finally said I failed due diligence checks stating I couldn't afford a £300 deposit even though I'm in full time work.

Then closed my account.

I did a payment via my cellphone straight on the casino app. The money was deducted from my absa account with a reference number and when i contacted customer service i spoke with 2 agents and they want me to send a bank statement or proof of payment buylt i cannot from my cellphone. Bad service really necause where is my money!!!

Deposited £50, told I can't use there casino since I'm self excluded from their sister site. No problem, just give me my money back I say to them. Turns out in order to get my money back which I never got to use, I have to verify myself and pay 5% of it. I can't even get a refund and have the account closed. Don't play here at all costs.
