Excellent level 3 survey experience
Nick carried out a level 3 survey on our new home. He was incredibly thorough and kept us updated throughout, letting us know when the survey was booked for, emailing to see if we had any questions, and then booked in a call after the survey to go through the findings and answer any further questions we had.
Everything was explained in advance so we had no surprises when we got the full report.
We were incredibly happy and impressed with the level of service provided I'd definitely recommend Nick to anyone looking for a property survey.

Great Experience
Nick recently completed a Level 3 survey for the house I am hoping to purchase. The process was incredibly easy, and the report was very thorough, picking up many things we hadn’t even considered. Throughout the process, Nick kept us informed and took the time to explain the issues to us. I would thoroughly recommend YES Surveys to anyone.

He was professional, thorough and easy to work with. Everything was explained clearly, and he made sure we fully understood the findings and any potential issues.
Nicks attention to detail and friendly, approachable manner gave us a great deal of confidence throughout the process.
We were extremely impressed with the level of service provided and would not hesitate to use Nick again for future surveys.

Excellent, Reliable and Thorough Service
We were really impressed with the service we received for our Level 2 survey. We needed it done at short notice, and Nick was able to fit us in and complete everything within a week. The survey report was comprehensive and clearly explained.
He also arranged a follow-up call to walk us through the findings, and took the time to answer all our questions and clarify anything we were unsure about. It made the whole process so much easier and gave us confidence moving forward.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and efficient surveyor!

Nick was brilliant from start to finish. I asked for a survey to be done as soon as possible and he did everything he could to get this done for me. The survey itself was very thorough and left no stone unturned. He took his time to explain everything to me and made sure I was aware of any issues big and small. I would highly recommend using his service and will definitely use again when needed. Thanks Nick!
