The whole process from start to finish was highly efficient and professional. The team who actually did our installation, George, Steve and Stellios were absolutely fantastic. We cannot praise them enough! They were so considerate, a delight to have around, brilliant
craftsmen, so the job was done carefully but quickly and looks and works beautifully. They even did a fabulous job of cleaning up and

We purchased 3 slim sliding doors and 4…
We purchased 3 slim sliding doors and 4 skylights from Yes glazing. The products are good quality. But the lead time wasn't the best. It delayed our project for few weeks. When the engineer came to inspect the place asking some changes for the doors fitting. but few were so unnecessary when the installers came. But we have asked our builders to do it on our own cost.
Skylights were not the size which we were ordered. They work but bigger size from our plan. Yes glazing couldn't explain why they gave us the wrong size. and didn't give us any discount on the wrong size.
After few weeks, we felt quite strong wind come through one of the skylight. Yes glazing did come and find out it wasn't sealed properly. I asked the customer service why they didn't seal the skylight, I got a reply saying 'Hi Jason,Thank you for your email.
With regards to your question, I am unable to answer why the rooflight was not sealed on installation. However, can confirm the works are now complete and water leak is resolved.'
Overall we are happy about the products, but not happy about their customer service.

Sorry Fuzhi, the delays were caused by your building contractor going off-plan and building incorrect structural openings. Our installers helped overcome these problems as best they could without causing much more expense. The leaking seal in the skylight was notified to us two months after fitting and within a week our team scheduled repairs and rectified the problem for you - we therefore believed you to be very pleased with our service. If you are in any way dissatisfied, please get in touch, as our customer service team pride themselves on giving the best performance possible to everyone and we only want the best products fitted in our projects.

Offering frst class service and products
Excellent customer service throughout, from quotation to surveying and fitting. YES offered excellent suggestions and honest advice. I had double glazed PVC installed throughout my home and I am extremely pleased with the results. I would highly recommend.

Aluminium bi- fold doors
Love the doors, were installed 5 years ago and still look great. Had trouble opening one last year but YES came out and repaired the faulty part very quickly. Would definitely recommend.

Supplied and fitted an 8 metre wide set of floor to ceiling patio doors.Excellent pre-sales advice. Good products. Their surveyor worked with my building contractor to ensure everything came together. Fitters were competent and clean workers. One part was supplied wrong by the manufacturer and YES made certain it was corrected to my satisfaction.

The installation was poor, the white dividers we not put on very well and the glue used is still on the outside of the Windows.
