Our heritage door set was fitted last year, we had a problem with a couple of failed glazing units but replaced without a fuss so very satisfied with the after sale service received.

Yes Glazing were extremely thorough in their approach to pre-sales and delivery/installation. There were several site visits to discuss my project with me, my architect and builders, and a couple more post-sale prior to installation to make sure they'd got the details exactly right. Installation itself was pretty quick and done with care and craft and I'm delighted with the result. Highly recommended.

The product (an internal glazed screen with double doors) is made to a high standard and looks great. The installers were efficient, tidy, competent and friendly. We are very happy with the results.

Terrific company. We got yes glazing to install some super slim sliding doors (which look brilliant) and a glass to glass box window. They look brilliant, and the whole team at yes are just a superb bunch of operators. Particular mention to Jeremy (surveyor) who was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond. We're delighted with the end result.

Yes Glazing were fantastic. They came to get the quote done when they said they would. The completed the Installation on the date that they agreed. There was an issue with one of the units that was not their fault but they dealt with it excellently and again within the time that they said they would.
The installation team were excellent.
Cannot fault their service or the product and will definitely use them again

Yes Glazing did a terrific job scoping and installing my new windows. They were the only company to continuously respond in a timely and professional manner when I enquired in the middle of a very tight building market. They were able to match the replacement windows perfectly (including a special colour) to the existing windows in the building. The installers were very professional and efficient and did a fantastic job cleaning up after themselves. The only hiccup was with timely communications on installation dates (& delays) when some raw materials were delayed. However they did work with me to find a solution.

I had a problem with my bi-fold doors. YES hadn't supplied or fitted them but, following a recommendation, I contacted them and, although they are busy with supplying and fitting their own doors, they inspected the door and remedied the problem. I also had them replace two windows which had 'blown'. I have found them very responsive and friendly, they kept me informed as to timing, the guys were tidy and checked that the other doors were OK and, on top, the bills were reasonable. I highly recommended YES

Found the customer service and overall process of using YES to be great.
From enquiry to quotation, to survey and invoicing, every step was smooth and everyone involved was courteous and helpful.
Delays were caused by the current shortages in relation with Brexit and COVID, but the team communicated clearly and seemed to genuinely care about doing all they could to expedite the process.
The installers could not do more, they made all efforts to accommodate a tricky installation and were patient with our neighbours.
The quality of the windows seems ideal so far, and I would have no hesitation in using them again when I need new doors in the new year.

YES Glazing Solutions were recommended to me by the craftsman who is currently installing a number of oak windows and doors for us. He said they were very good and he certainly wasn't wrong. The engineers were very personable, efficient and quite clearly cared about the quality of their work. The 15 metre expanse of bi-folding doors is truly stunning and has transformed the rear aspect of our property. We would definitely recommend them.
