Roger is a lifesaver
Roger is a lifesaver
I had to make a booking at the last minute and even though flights were advertised cheaper by the time you went through to book, the place had gone and only more expensive flights available. I was given 2 choices and booked the one that suited me best straight away. No messing, everything up front, easy payment. Roger was back on the phone every step and emails came through pretty much immediately.
Next time I won’t leave it so late.

Fantastic customer service.. will always use Yescapes for future bookings...
Would like to say a huge thank you to Max for getting us a fantastic flight deal to Australia... although there were some hiccups (no fault of Yescapes) Max resolved the situation quickly and efficiently and we have been given a lovely hotel in dubai on our return journey for the little inconvenience it caused - so 2 very happy customers. This is the 2nd time we have booked with Yescapes and have passed our recommendation on to other fellow travellers. They provide top class customer service and have replied to all our questions very quickly. We now look forward to spend xmas and new year in Australia. So thanx again Max you are a STAR...

I am very pleased that I booked my holiday to Bora Bora with Yescapes. This is a really amazing company and highly recommended. After getting a bit tired of phoning round and typing in the dates and looking at different websites, I came across Yescapes. Barry was very friendly, polite, helpful, efficient, quick and keen to help with finding a honeymoon deal that was just right for my budget and taste. Barry provided a very high class level of customer service and really did go that extra mile to meet my needs. I would be very happy to book again with Yescapes and would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a excellent customer service and a very friendly, helpful can do approach to customers
