My experience is that YepOrder.se does not follow Swedish consumer regulations for complaints and returns of mail order purchases.
I bought an Emax 8221 stick vacuum cleaner via mail order that turned out to be of very low quality and practically unusable. When I complained about the product and requested to return it free of charge and receive a full refund, I received no response.
The company never responds to emails, has sent 3 of them, all of which received a receipt that they had received them, and does not contact me in any way.
According to Swedish consumer law, you have the right to complain about faulty goods even if a mail order is returned within 10 days, and in the event of a defect in the product, the seller should normally be responsible for the return shipping.
My experience is that the company does not handle complaints or customer service in an acceptable manner.
I therefore recommend that other consumers avoid shopping at YepOrder.se.
