Withdrawal delayed, cancelled, split and only partially paid

My experience with Yep Casino has been extremely poor.

I requested a withdrawal of 800 CHF. Instead of processing it properly, the withdrawal was cancelled, with changing explanations about missing documents / unverified payment details.

I uploaded the requested verification document. Support later confirmed in chat that the document had been successfully uploaded. Despite this, the withdrawal was not fully processed.

After I sent a formal email with a clear deadline, the withdrawal suddenly appeared split into three separate payments: 370 CHF, 370 CHF and 60 CHF.

Only the 60 CHF payment was processed. The remaining 740 CHF are still outstanding.

This is especially concerning because Yep Casino has now proven that withdrawals can be processed, even during the weekend, but only processed a small part of my 800 CHF request.

I have documented the full timeline with screenshots, including withdrawal requests, cancellations, support chat messages, upload confirmation, email timestamps and the partial payment.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Yep Casino. A serious casino should process withdrawals transparently and not create delays, cancellations and changing explanations after documents have already been submitted.

Wenn du Geld auszahlen möchtest musst du dich verifizieren, kein Problem machen wir. Alles hinterlegt alles genehmigt. Trotz dieser Genehmigung wird jede Auszahlung abgelehnt und es werden immer mehr Unterlagen gefordert, die mit der Verifizierung nichts mehr zu tuen haben. Ein Foto mit Selfie mit Kreditkarte und Kontoauszug einreichen ? Egal wie krank das ist , gemacht , aber danach trotzdem abgelehnt. Bis dato 5 Ablehnungen.

Fazit das Casino fordert immer mehr und mehr sodass man keine Lust mehr hat auf das Theater und das Geld lieber verspielt. Das sowas nicht sofort stillgelegt wird krank einfach krank !!!!

Casino is withholding my deposit / Refusing to credit fully confirmed Litecoin batch

I made a Litecoin deposit to my designated casino address: MFQL24PzWy13nmznFDsgudPMsspQEygZCA.The transaction is permanently written on the blockchain with over 400 confirmations, meaning the casino has successfully received the funds hours ago [image_Y4dcUb.png]. Because the deposit was sent from Crypto.com as a standard batched transaction, my specific deposit address and amount (0.5286 LTC) are clearly visible under Output 7 on the blockchain explorer [image_0doDgM.png].Live support is completely incompetent and refuses to help. First, they gave me a generic automated "wait 96 hours" response. Now, they are outright lying, claiming the transaction "didn't go through" and will be "returned automatically." Anyone with basic knowledge of cryptocurrency knows that a blockchain transaction with 400+ confirmations cannot be reversed, and cannot be automatically returned by the network [image_Y4dcUb.png].The funds are sitting in the casino's wallet right now. Support simply refuses to escalate this to their finance department to have it checked and credited manually. I had a balance of approximately €3,200…

I had a balance of approximately €3,200 on Yep Casino after depositing over €2,000 of my own money.

When I attempted to withdraw my funds, my account was immediately closed. The casino claimed I violated their terms due to “multi-accounting” or “linked accounts.”

However, I have only ever used one account and have not been provided with any evidence to support these claims. Despite multiple requests, the casino has refused to:
- identify any linked account
- provide any supporting data (IP, device, or payment details)
- clearly explain how I breached their terms

Instead, they repeatedly refer to general terms and state that their decision is final, while withholding my funds.

After further contact, they stated the case would be reviewed within 60 days, which contradicts their earlier position that the decision was final.

At this stage, €3,200 of my funds remain inaccessible.

I would advise others to exercise caution when using this platform, particularly regarding withdrawals.
