Withdrawal delayed, cancelled, split and only partially paid
My experience with Yep Casino has been extremely poor.
I requested a withdrawal of 800 CHF. Instead of processing it properly, the withdrawal was cancelled, with changing explanations about missing documents / unverified payment details.
I uploaded the requested verification document. Support later confirmed in chat that the document had been successfully uploaded. Despite this, the withdrawal was not fully processed.
After I sent a formal email with a clear deadline, the withdrawal suddenly appeared split into three separate payments: 370 CHF, 370 CHF and 60 CHF.
Only the 60 CHF payment was processed. The remaining 740 CHF are still outstanding.
This is especially concerning because Yep Casino has now proven that withdrawals can be processed, even during the weekend, but only processed a small part of my 800 CHF request.
I have documented the full timeline with screenshots, including withdrawal requests, cancellations, support chat messages, upload confirmation, email timestamps and the partial payment.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Yep Casino. A serious casino should process withdrawals transparently and not create delays, cancellations and changing explanations after documents have already been submitted.
