Bought an LG OLED (48C16LA) a couple of weeks ago, aside from the box having been opened, TV and remote look new. All working perfectly. At the time of purchase the price was at least 25% cheaper than new, although prices are moving fast (this was a 2021 model).

My only concern is with the 12 month warranty period, as many retailers are now offering 5 year warranty on OLED panels. I spoke with Declan at Yellow about this, he advised me that, given the extensive testing the TV has been through, any further fault is unlikely, and they would handle any repairs outside of warranty at a very competitive cost. Would be nice to have this included in the package, and explained more clearly.

Aside from that, very happy.

The item was fine the price was fine the delivery was not took a week for a TV control to be delivered.

Got a refurbished TV stated to be in perfect condition and received exactly that, while saving hundreds on the retail price. Delivery was exceptionally quick as well. I was slightly anxious at first but at least from my experience, this is a great way to save money on electronics and you needn't worry.

I bought a TV from them recently (a purchase based on online independent TV reviews).
The TV arrived next day, very safely packaged and in immaculate condition - not a mark on it.
I set the TV up.
Sadly I did not take to the TV set, whilst viewing head on was ok the picture from a slight angle was washed out..I sit at an angle to the TV (this was a feature of the TV and not due to Yellow)
I phoned, explained(they were very knowledgeable and understanding) and it was agreed that I return the TV, it'd be checked, and I'd purchase a different model from them.
I packed it up and sent it back.(Friday)
Alas the queen had now died and what with all the news my wife wanted a TV today! (before Monday when Yellow reopened)
So I quickly bought a store TV and emailed Yellow to explain, was sorry but wanted a refund not exchange.
They understood and when the TV was checked I had a full refund.
Great service.

Was sceptical buying something refurbished but absolutely no need. Delivery was quick and well organised. The TV was in mint condition and I saved £600.00. Write very few reviews but these guys deserve praise.

Bought an LG OLED television from Yellow Electronics and wrote about my experience in an earlier review (5*). Unfortunately the television soon developed an issue and I needed to call Yellow Electronics for advice, I explained what I had tried in order to resolve the problem and they suggested one more thing to try and if that didn't work then I should call back and they would arrange a collection, inspection and if required a replacement. I called on a Tuesday to say the problem persisted, Declan (a very very helpful man indeed) arranged for a Wednesday collection, he called on Thursday to say they had received the television and would be replacing it, if it suited me, on Friday. Friday 10.00am and the new television arrived and it works beautifully (fingers crossed). All in all the service I have experienced from Yellow Electronics has been wonderful and Declan certainly took my problem seriously. I would definitely recommend them.

TV LG OLED CX 55 inch what i get is amazing. I had little of bit problem with this APC company. They not delivery my TV to home. I did my self from their storage. Please do not use this campany in future. TV is great and your servive was great as well. Very recommend your service for other customers.

When the tv arrived it was exactly as described. After 10-12 days it produced a fault in which I got in touch with Yellow Electronics and spoke to Declan which was 100% a gentleman. From the begging Declan went above and beyond in costumer service by arranging the collection of the tv. Declan offered, after the tv is returned and checked for no misuse which is understandable I could have a refund I opted to go for a slight upgrade tv which also arrived exactly as described. I would give 10stars
